چکیده
مدیریت دولتی به مطالعه دولت ها، نهادها و ساختارهای دولتی و هم چنین اقدامات افراد در بخش دولتی می پردازد. در رشته مدیریت دولتی کتاب های متعددی تألیف و ترجمه شده اند. در این میان تعداد محدودی از این کتاب ها مورد استقبال خوانندگان قرار گرفته اند. کتاب نهضت های مدیریتی در بخش دولتی، تألیف دکتر حسن دانائی فرد از جمله بروز ترین و جامع ترین کتاب هایی است که در چند سال گذشته به عنوان یکی از منابع اصلی در تدریس واحدهای درسی مرتبط با مدیریت دولتی و منبعی برای طرح سوالات کنکور کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری این رشته، استفاده شده است. در این مقاله تلاش شد با اتخاذ رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی همراه با ارائه شواهد و مستندات به معرفی و نقد این کتاب پرداخته شود. معرفی و نقد این اثر از چهار بُعد ظاهری، ساختاری، نگارشی و محتوایی انجام شد. بر این اساس، نقاط قوت کتاب مواردی نظیر استفاده از منابع معتبر، جامعیت و بروز بودن محتوا، رعایت دستورالعمل های ارجاع دهی، استفاده از مثال های عینی هستند. در عین حال، این کتاب نقاط قابل بهبودی دارد که شامل عدم رعایت علائم نگارشی، روان نبودن برخی از جملات، عدم کیفیت تصویر طرح جلد و عدم تناسب آن با موضوع کتاب و عدم انسجام ساختاری و محتوایی در ارائه برخی از مطالب، می شود. کلیدواژه ها:A Critique on the Book “Managerial Movements in Public Sector (Past, Present and Future)”
Public administration studies governments, government institutions, and structures, as well as the actions of individuals in the public sector. Numerous books have been written and translated in the field of public administration. Few of these books have gained legitimacy and acceptance among readers. The book "Managerial Movements in Public Sector" by Dr. Hasan Danaeefard is one of the most comprehensive books written in the field of public administration and therefore has been considered as a textbook for teaching in public administration courses and the main source of study for the graduate entrance exam for recent years. In this article, the attempt was to review the book in a descriptive-analytical manner, by mentioning the evidence and documents. The book was critiqued from four dimensions: formal, structure, writing and content. According to this, on one hand, the main strengths of the book are the use of credible sources, comprehensiveness and up-to-datedness of the content, accurate citation method, and use of practical examples. On the other hand, this book has also some drawbacks, the most important of which are lack of observance of writing symbols, inconsistency of some sentences, lack of image quality of the cover design and its incompatibility with the subject of the book and lack of structural and content coherence in some sentences.
