چکیده
تحلیل خط مشی عمومی گرایشی جدید از مدیریت دولتی در دانشگاههای معتبر می باشد که به مطالعه نقش تحلیل گران در تدوین و اجرا خط مشی عمومی و ارائه سبک های مختلف تحلیل می پردازد. تحلیل خط مشی، روشی برای فرمول بندی و شناخت مشکلات به منظور جست و جو برای راه حل های ممکن است. بدین منظور کتاب منوریان، عباس. تحلیل خط مشی عمومی: مفاهیم، رویکردها، مدل ها و فرآیندها. تهران: انتشارات دانشگاه تهران. 1396. 272 ص. شابک 6-7092-03-964-978 انتخاب و مورد نقد قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش از نوع تحلیل محتوا و از حیث اجرا انتقادی، کاربردی می باشد. در این راستا، ابتدا به معرفی پدیدآورنده و توصیفی شکلی و محتوایی اثر پرداخته شده و سپس در سه بعد شکل ظاهری، ساختاری و محتوایی مورد ارزیابی و تحلیل واقع شده است. ارزیابی به عمل آمده نشان می دهد این کتاب ضمن دارا بودن محاسن و نقاط قوت خاص خود، نیازمند بازنگری و اصلاح در ابعاد سه گانه فوق بویژه تولید محتوای مناسبتر با تحلیل خط مشی عمومی می باشد.A Critique on the Book “Analysis of Public Policy: Concepts, Approaches, Models, and Processes”
Analysis of Public policy is a new trend of public administration in prestigious universities that studies the role of analysts in formulating and implementing public policy and providing different styles of analysis. Policy analysis is a way to formulate and identify problems in order to search for possible solutions. For this purpose, the book “Analysis of Public Policy: Concepts, Approaches, Models, and Processes”, Tehran: University of Tehran Press. 2018. 272 p. ISBN 6-7092-03-964-978 has been selected and criticized. This research is of content analysis type and is applied in terms of critical implementation. In this regard, first, the creator and descriptive form and content of the work are introduced and then evaluated and analyzed in three dimensions of appearance, structure and content. The evaluation shows that this book, while having its own advantages and strengths, needs to be reviewed and corrected in the above three dimensions, especially the production of appropriate content with general policy analysis.
