شناسایی موانع تجاری سازی نوآوری ها و اختراعات مهندسان و کارآموزان حوزه آموزش های فنی وحرفه ای کشور

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و معرفی موانع تجاری سازی نوآوری ها و اختراعات مهندسان و کارآموزان حوزه ی آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای کشور است. روش پژوهش ترکیبی است. این پژوهش با استفاده از نظر خبرگان به بررسی موانع نهادی، سازمانی، مالی، انسانی موردنیاز تجاری سازی فناوری در این سازمان می پردازد. جامعه تحقیق این پژوهش صاحبنظران آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای، مخترعان و نوآوران این سازمان هستند. از میان هشت مولفه شناسایی شده، وجود قوانین و مقررات اداری، به عنوان مهم ترین مانع و عدم شناخت و آگاهی نخبگان از فرآیند تجاری سازی کم اهمیت ترین مانع شناخته شدند. میانگین ارزش هر هشت مولفه نشان داد که هر هشت مورد تاثیر قابل توجهی به عنوان موانع تجاری سازی نوآوری های سازمان دارند. دستاوردهای این پژوهش می تواند مورد استفاده مشاورین شغلی و آموزشی مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای به منظور راهنمایی و هدایت مربیان و کارآموزان مخترع و نوآور و سیاست گذاران و مدیران آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای جهت برنامه ریزی و سیاست گذاری قرار گیرد.Identification of the obstacles for commercializing the innovations and inventions of engineering and trainees in technical and vocational training organization of iran
The main purpose of this study is to identify the obstacles for commercializing the innovations and inventions of engineers and trainees in technical and vocational training organization of Iran. In this research by using experts opinions, the organizational, financial and human obstacles have been examined which are needed for technological commercialization in this organizations. The statistical populations of this research include vocational experts and innovators and inventors in this organization. Among eight identified components, administrative rules and regulations known as the most important obstacle and lake of knowledge of elites known as the least important items in commercialization process. The average value showed all of the eight components have a significant impact as an obstacle for commercialization the innovations of students and trainees of technical & vocational training organization of Iran.
