بررسی ارتباط بین مهارتهای حرفه ای با نوآوریهای برنامه های درسی اساتید در دانشگاه های اصفهان و صنعتی اصفهان

چکیده
هدف این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط بین مهارت های حرفه ای با نوآوری های برنامه های درسی اعضای هیأت علمی گروه های فنی مهندسی دانشگاه صنعتی اصفهان و دانشگاه اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش اعضای هیأت علمی گروه های فنی - مهندسی دانشگاه صنعتی اصفهان و دانشگاه اصفهان بودند. در انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه گیری طبقه بندی متناسب با حجم استفاده شد و90 نفر (20 نفر از گروه فنی مهندسی دانشگاه اصفهان و70 نفر از گروه فنی مهندسی دانشگاه صنعتی اصفهان) برای نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد مهارت های حرفه ای و پرسش نامه محقق ساخته نوآوری برنامه های درسی گردآوری شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد بین مهارت های حرفه ای (طراحی آموزشی، فناوری آموزشی، روش تدریس و ارزشیابی تحصیلی) و نوآوری های برنامه های درسی استادان رابط ه وجود داردExamining relationship between professional skills and curricula innovation among faculty members of university of Isfahan and Isfahan University of Technology
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between professional skills and curricula innovations among faculty members of Isfahan University and Isfahan University of Technology. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population in this study included all the faculty members of Isfahan University and Isfahan University of Technology. Method of sampling was stratified random sampling and 90 persons (20 persons from technical-engineering department of University of Isfahan and 70 persons from technical-engineering department of Isfahan University of Technology) were selected as sample. Research data has been collected through standard questionnaire of professional skills and curricula innovations which is prepared by researcher. Results showed that there is significant relationship between the professional skills (educational designing, educational technology, teaching method and educational evaluation) with faculty members curricula innovations.
