چکیده
انتخاب اثر بخش تاکتیک های نگهداری وتعمیرات در صنعت با توجه به عوامل و شرایط تاثیر گذار بر هر یک از تجهیزات، ضرورت استفاده از رویکردهای ابداعی را نمایان می سازد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش دستیابی به ماتریسی همانند ماتریس تناقضات TRIZ می باشد تا به کمک این ماتریس بتوان تاکتیک های مناسب نگهداری و تعمیرات کنشی را انتخاب نمود. وجه تمایز این پژوهش با سایر پژوهش های مشابه، الگو گرفتن از ماتریس تناقضات TRIZ به منظور حل تناقضات عوامل موثر بر انتخاب تاکتیک های نگهداری و تعمیرات، اولویت بندی و انتخاب تاکتیک های مناسب می باشد. در این پژوهش به منظور انجام مقایسات و تحلیل داده های کیفی، از روش فراترکیب استفاده شده است، لذا بدین منظور پایگاههای داده مختلفی بین سال های 1960 تا 2022 بررسی شده است که حاصل بررسی های انجام شده، استخراج 115 مقاله معتبر و مرتبط می باشد. حاصل این پژوهش دستیابی به ماتریسی، مشابه ماتریس تناقضات TRIZ با قابلیت ارائه و انتخاب تاکتیک های نگهداری و تعمیرات کنشی، متناظر با پارامتر های اثر گذار بر هر تجهیز می باشد. به منظور اتخاذ تصمیم مناسب، نتایج نهایی در هر یک از سلول های ماتریس حاصل این پژوهش به کمک روش های تصمیم گیری اولویت بندی شده است. این ماتریس یاریگر مدیران و متخصصان نگهداری و تعمیرات واحدها در تصمیمگیری است و باعث افزایش سرعت در تصمیم گیری و انتخاب تاکتیک مناسب می گردد. بدر نهایت ماتریس حاصل جهت ارزیابی در شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.Development of the TRIZ Contradiction Matrix to Select Appropriate Procative Maintenance Tactics Using the meta-synthesis method; Case Study: NISOC
The effective selection of maintenance tactics in the industry according to the factors and conditions affecting each of the equipment, shows the need to use innovative approaches. The purpose of this study is to obtain a matrix similar to the TRIZ contradictions matrix so that with the help of this matrix, appropriate maintenance tactics and functional repairs can be selected according to the condition of each equipment. In this study, in order to compare and analyze qualitative data, the , Meta-synthesis method has been used, so for this purpose, various databases, publications and search engines between 1960 and 2022 have been studied. The result of the studies performed using the , Meta-synthesis method is the extraction of 115 valid and related articles. In this research, the relationship between TRIZ principles and operational maintenance tactics has been obtained using the , Meta-synthesis method. The result of this research is the achievement of a matrix similar to the TRIZ contradiction matrix with the ability to provide and select maintenance tactics, corresponding to the parameters affecting each equipment. In order to make the right decision, the final results in each of the matrix cells of this study are prioritized using decision making methods. This matrix assists managers and maintenance specialists in decision-making and increases the speed of decision-making and selection of appropriate tactics. . Finally, the resulting matrix has been studied for evaluation in the National Iranian South Oilfields Company.
