ارزیابی انتقادی تحلیل نقش دولت در مکتب اردولیبرالیسم آلمانی در منابع فارسی زبان (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
بررسی نقش دولت در مکتب اردولیبرالیسم آلمانی از جهت مطرح شدن به عنوان یکی از جایگزین های نظام سرمایه داری نئولیبرال پس از بحران جهانی سال 2008 و تأثیرگذاری بر الگوی توسعه آلمان غربی پس از جنگ جهانی دوم و همچنین اثرات آن بر الگوی حکمرانی اتحادیه اروپا و برخی کشورهای دیگرحائز اهمیت است. هدف این مقاله بازخوانی، ارزیابی و «نقدِ تحلیل» آثار تولید و ترجمه شده در این زمینه به زبان فارسی است که چهار کتاب با عنوان «سیاست اقتصادی عمومی»، «اقتصاد بازار اجتماعی: تجربه آلمان»، «تاریخ عقاید و اندیشه های اقتصادی» و «چگونگی بازسازی اقتصاد آلمان فدرال» انتخاب و و مورد نقد و ارزیابی قرار گرفت و برخی پیشنهادات به صورت زیر ارائه گردید: استناد به منابع و متفکرین دست اول این مکتب، تفکیک میان مفاهیم مشابه، اصلاح ارجاعات درون متنی و معادل سازی اصلاحات تخصصی، استفاده از روش های تحلیل معتبر، توجه به مبانی هستی شناسی، انسان شناسی، ارزش شناسی و اخلاقی و تأثیر آن بر نقش دولت در این مکتب و نقد آن از منظر اسلامی و در نهایت توجه به ابعاد مختلف نقش دولت در این مکتب از جمله نقش قانون اساسی اقتصادی، سیاست اجتماعی و در نهایت ارائه الگویی تحلیلی از مفاهیم مرتبط با نقش دولت و ارتباطات و تعاملات میان آن ها.Critical Evaluation Analysis of the Role of Government in the School of German Ordoliberalism in Persian language Sources
The study of the role of government in the school of German Ordoliberalism in order to be considered as an alternative to the neoliberal capitalist system after the global crisis of 2008 and influencing the development model of West Germany after World War II and its effects on the model of EU governance and some other countries are important. The purpose of this article is to review, evaluate and critique the analysis" of works produced and translated into Persian in this field. some suggestions were made as follows: citing sources and first-hand thinkers of this school, distinguishing between similar concepts, correcting in-text references and equations Making specialized reforms, using valid analysis methods, paying attention to the foundations of ontology, anthropology, arithmetic, and ethics and its effect on the role of the government in this school and its critique from an Islamic perspective, and finally paying attention to different dimensions of the role of the state in this school, including the role of the economic constitution, social policy, and finally the presentation of an analytical model of concepts related to the role of the state and the relations and interactions between them.
