چکیده
نظریه سیستمی نیکلاس لومان در مقام یک تئوری اجتماعى، چشم انداز مناسبی برای شناخت نظام اجتماعی و جهان مدرن بوجود آورده است. «نظریه سیستمها و تغییر پارادایم در جامعه شناسی» تدوین و ترجمه علی اردستانی اثری حائز اهمیت درخصوص اندیشه های لومان و عناصر اندیشگی اوست. این اثر دربرگیرنده پنج مقاله از نیکلاس لومان با عناوین؛ تغییر پارادایم در نظریه سیستم ها، نظریه سیستمهای جدید و نظریه جامعه، مدرنیت علم، جهانی شدن یا جامعه جهانی: چگونه باید جامعه جهانی را درک کرد، سخن و سکوت، و سه مقاله از دیگر نویسندگان با عناوین چرا سیستم ها، میراث لومان و بنیانهای نظریه سیستم های اجتماعی است. اثر موردبحث با تمرکز بر نظریه اجتماعی، نظریه ارتباطات و نظریه تکامل به عنوان عناصر اصلی نظریه سیستمی از یکسو و قرار دادن سیستم اجتماعی در ارتباط با محیط اعم از جهان مدرن و جامعه جهانی، تبیینی قابل قبول از نظریه سیستم ها ارائه نموده است. با این حال اثر مورد بحث خالی از ایراد نیست؛ ضعف پوشش مباحث، همچنین ترجمه و معادل سازی های نامفهوم از جمله موارد قابل ذکر است. از این رو در مقاله پیش رو ضمن توضیح نظریه سیستم ها که محتوای اصلی کتاب را تشکیل می دهد، به نقد و بررسی آن در سه بخش صوری و محتوایی و ترجمه پرداخته می شود.A Critical Review on the Book “Theory of Systems and Paradigm Shift in Sociology”
Nicholas Luhmann's systems theory as a social theory has created a good perspective for understanding the social system and the modern world. "Theory of Systems and Paradigm Shift in Sociology" compiled and translated by Ali Ardestani is an important work about Luhmann. This work contains five articles by Nicholas Luhmann entitled: Changing Paradigms in Systems Theory, New Systems Theory, Society Theory, Modernity of Science, Globalization, or the Global Community: How to Understand the Global Community, Speech and Silence, and three articles by other authors entitled Why Systems, Heritage Luhmann is the foundation of the social systems. By focusing on social theory, communication theory, and evolution theory as the main elements of system theory on the one hand and placing the social system in relation to the environment of both the modern world and the world community on the other hand, the work in question has provided an acceptable explanation of systems theory. However, the work in question is not without flaws; poor coverage of topics, as well as incomprehensible translations and equations, are notable. Therefore, in the leading article, while explaining the theory of systems, which constitutes the main content of the book, it is reviewed in three parts: form, content, and translation.
