چکیده
توجه به توسعه فرهنگی و اجتماعی در کنار توسعه اقتصادی امری ضروری است. محور اصلی در توسعه، نیروی انسانی هر کشور است. از آنجا که زنان یکی از بازوان مهم توسعه کشورند، نقش آنها را در رسیدن به این مهم، باید مد نظر قرار داد. در این مقاله میزان حضور زنان در رشته ها و مشاغل مهندسی در چند کشور دنیا، از جمله ایران، مقایسه و بررسی شده است.Women and Their Participation in Engineering Fields and Professions
Paying attention to cultural and social developments besides the economical aspects, is very important. Human, plays an important role in countries development. As women have effective influence on a country’s development, their role in reaching this goal must be considered. In this paper, women’s participation in engineering fields and professions in different countries around the world, especially in Iran, are considered and compared.
