چکیده
در این پژوهش ضمن مروری بر جایگاه دستاوردهای یادگیری در آموزش مهندسی و بهبود کیفیت آن از منظر مطالعات داخلی و بین المللی، دستاوردهای یادگیری آموزش مهندسی برق شناسایی و دسته بندی شدند. در این پژوهش ازمصاحبه های فردی و گروه های کانونی با مدرسان دانشگاهی، متخصصان صنعت برق استفاده شده است. دستاوردهای استخراج شده در سه دسته دانش و آگاهی، مهارت یا کاربرد دانش در عمل و نگرش و ویژگیهای شخصیتی و روانشناختی دانش آموختگان عنوان شده است.The role of identification and partitioning learning outcomes in the improvement of quality higher education, case study: Electrical engineering education (power strand)
In this paper, brief overview of the role of learning outcomes in engineering education and improving its quality are identified. Also classifications of learning outcomes in electrical engineering are investigated. In this study interviews are made from individual, focus group of faculty universities as well experts from power industries. Results are presented in three classes of knowledge, cognition, profesionality as well as other personal and psychological aspects of graduated students.
