چکیده
هدف کلی این تحقیق ارزیابی اثربخشی بیرونی برنامه درسی دوره مدیریت پروژه آموزشکده شرکت صنایع الکترونیک شیراز بر اساس مدل چشم شایستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه دانش آموختگان رشته مدیریت پروژه آموزشکده شرکت صنایع الکترونیک شیراز است. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس مدل چشم شایستگی بود که بین کلیه افراد جامعه توزیع شد. با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی داده ها تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که: 1. دانش، مهارت و نگرش دانش آموختگان در بعد شایستگی فنی بالاتر از حد متوسط و پایین تر از حد مطلوب است. 2. دانش، مهارت و نگرش دانش آموختگان در بعد شایستگی رفتاری بالاتر از حد متوسط و پایین تر از حد مطلوب است. 3. دانش، مهارت و نگرش دانش آموختگان در بعد شایستگی زمینه ای بالاتر از حد متوسط و پایین تر از حد مطلوب است.An evaluation of the external effectiveness of the project management curriculum in the College of Shiraz Electronic Industries, based on the eye of the competence model
The aim of this study is to evaluate the external effectiveness of the project management curriculum in the College of Shiraz Electronic Industries, based on the eye of the competence model. Statistical population of this study was all graduated of project management courses in the College of Shiraz Electronic Industries. The instrument of this study was a researcher-made questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed among statistical population and data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results indicated: 1) in technical competency, graduates’ knowledge, skill and attitude were higher than median level and were less than optimal level. 2) In behavioral competency, graduates’ knowledge, skill and attitude were higher than median level and were less than optimal level. 3) In contextual competency, graduates’ knowledge, skill and attitude were higher than median level and were less than optimal level.
