چکیده
پژوهش حاضر به منظور طراحی الگوی توسعه داوطلبی معلولان در ورزش با تکیه بر نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف، کاربردی و برحسب گردآوری اطلاعات اکتشافی بود. داده های تحقیق از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 15 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و متخصصان حوزه معلولان و داوطلبی جمع آوری شد، روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند با تکنیک گلوله برفی و بر اساس معیار اشباع نظری بود. داده ها بااستفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی با تکیه بر نظریه داده بنیاد تجزیه وتحلیل شدند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده عوامل علی در مقوله های ارزش اقتصادی بخش داوطلبی، لزوم شناسایی انگیزه ها و نیازهای داوطلبان، قابلیت زیاد داوطلبان معلول و سپری کردن اوقات فراغت ؛ شرایط زمینه ای در مقوله های عدم تطبیق شرایط اماکن ورزشی با معلولان، بستر قانونی، ضعف مدیریتی و بی توجهی سیاست کلان به موضوع داوطلبی ؛ عوامل مداخله گر در مقوله های عدم دسترسی آسان، محدودیت های فردی، ناشناخته بودن داوطلبی در ورزش ایران، عدم جایگاه مناسب داوطلبی، نگرش منفی به توانایی معلولان و انگیزه سلامت روانی، انگیزه فایده نگر و لزوم توانبخشی جسمی معلولان ؛ راهبردهای لازم توسعه داوطلبی ورزشی معلولان در مقوله های مناسب سازی محیط شهری و اماکن ورزشی، هم افزایی و تعامل نهادهای ذینفع، جذب و تامین منابع مالی، حمایت و پشتیبانی، طراحی سیستم مدیریت بکارگیری نیروهای داوطلب، ترویج و تبلیغ مشارکت و داوطلبی ورزشی معلولان و در نهایت پیامدهای توسعه داوطلبی ورزشی معلولان در مقوله های بهبود کیفیت زندگی، بهبود وضعیت استقلال فردی، اثربخشی عملکرد سازمان های ورزشی، توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی و توسعه عدالت اجتماعی احصا شده اند.Designing a model for the development of disability volunteering in sports based on data theory
The present study was conducted to design a a model for the development of volunteering for the disabled in sports based on data theory. The research method based on purpose was applied and exploratory in terms of data collection. The research data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 professors of sports management and specialists in the field of disability and volunteering. The sampling method was purposeful with snowball technique and based on theoretical saturation criteria. The data were analyzed using open, axial and selective coding based on grounded theory. Based on the results obtained, causal factors in the categories of economic value of the volunteering sector, the need to identify the motivations and needs of volunteers, the high ability of disabled volunteers and spending leisure time; Underlying conditions in the categories of non-compliance of sports facilities with the disabled, legal context, poor management and macro-policy inattention to the issue of volunteering; Interfering factors in the categories of lack of easy access, personal limitations, ignorance of volunteering in Iranian sports, lack of proper volunteering position, negative attitude towards the ability of the disabled and mental health motivation,, promoting participation and sports volunteering for the disabled and finally Implications for the development of sports volunteering for the disabled are included in the categories of improving the quality of life, improving the status of individual independence, the effectiveness of the performance of sports organizations, the development of social capital and the development of social justice.
