تحلیل تجربۀ زیستۀ دبیران ورزش از بی عدالتی در ورزش مدارس مناطق محروم (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
تحقیق حاضر ازجمله تحقیقات کیفی است که به صورت میدانی اجرا شده است. روش کیفی مورد استفاده در تحقیق حاضر از نوع پدیدارشناسی بود. مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش شاملِ معلمان ورزش در مناطق محروم بودند. برای اجرای کار از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و با رویکرد نمونه گیری همگون و درعین حال با رعایت حداکثر تنوع نمونه گیری استفاده شد. نمونه گیری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری شکل گرفت. درنهایت تعداد 15 مصاحبه در این خصوص انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در تحقیق حاضر مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. به منظور تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از تحلیل موضوعی استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج، 5 عامل جسمی، روانی، تربیتی، آموزشی و ورزشی در بی عدالتی در ورزش مدارس مناطق محروم تأثیرگذار است. به مدیرانِ فعال در این زمینه پیشنهاد می شود با رفع مشکلات پیشِ روی ورزش مدارس در مناطق محروم ازجمله اختصاص بودجه بیشتر، نیروی انسانی باانگیزه تر و امکانات بیشتر شرایط شرکت دانش آموزان این مناطق را در فعالیت های ورزشی بیشتر کنند.Analysis of sport teachers' lived experience of injustice in school sports at the deprived areas
The present study is one of the qualitative researches that was conducted as the field work. The qualitative method used in this study was phenomenological. Participants included the sport teachers in the deprived areas. Purposeful sampling method was used with homogeneous sampling approach, while observing the maximum sampling diversity. Sampling was done until the theoretical saturation was reached. Finally, 15 interviews were conducted in this regard. The research tool was a semi-structured interview. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that 5 physical, psychological, educational, training and sport factors are influential on the injustice at the schools' sport in the deprived areas. The principals are suggested to improve the conditions for the students in these areas, so that they could participate in the sport activities by solving the problems of sport at schools in the deprived areas, such as allocating more funds, more motivated manpower and more facilities.
