برسازی چهارچوبی برای درک الگوی همکاری فراگیر چین در غرب آسیا

چکیده
غرب آسیا به دلیل اهمیت چندبعدی خود در ساختار نظام بین الملل همواره کانون حضور و رقابت بازیگران بین المللی و قدرت های نوظهور بوده است. این حضور، آثار و پیامدهای متعددی به جای گذاشته؛ و موجب ایجاد چالش های فراوانی برای بازیگران گردیده است. یکی از این بازیگران چین می باشد که تا قبل از سال 2001، حضور محدودی در غرب آسیا داشته است؛ اما در حال حاضر چین به مراتب روابط فراگیر و چندجانبه ای را در منطقه غرب آسیا دنبال می کند. در این راستا مقاله حاضر در یک رویکرد توصیفی - تحلیلی و با استفاده از داده های آماری به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال می باشد که از منظر چهارچوب برسازی مؤلفه های رویکرد چین به غرب آسیا برچه مبنایی می باشد و این رویکرد تا چه میزان مورد مقبولیت و پذیرش در منطقه بوده است؟ بر این مبنا چین رویکرد خود را بر مدار جنوب-جنوب، همزیستی مسالمت آمیز، احترام متقابل، عدم تجاوز متقابل، عدم مداخله، برابری و منفعت متقابل قرار داده است. در این رویکرد عوامل تاریخی، فرهنگی و هویتی از جمله فرهنگ چهره، قرن تحقیر که چین متعهد شده است نه بعنوان حامی، بلکه شریک در استعمارزدایی و توسعه عمل کند، تفکر کنفوسیوسی که یک نظام ارزشی - اخلاقی مبتنی بر میانه روی، خیرخواهی و میانجیگری ترویج می دهد نقش موثری در روابط فراگیر چین در غرب آسیا داشته و از سوی دیگر سنجش افکار عمومی نشان می دهد که چین در ایجاد انگاره و ذهنیت مشترک و مثبت در اذهان ساختار سیاسی و اجتماعی منطقه غرب آسیا موفق بوده است.Building a Framework for Understanding China's Inclusive Cooperation Model in Middle East
Due to its multidimensional importance in the structure of the international system, the Middle East has always been the focus of the presence and competition of international actors and emerging powers. This presence has left many effects and consequences; And it has created many challenges for the actors. One of these actors is China, which had a limited presence in the Middle East until 2001; But currently, China is pursuing comprehensive and multilateral relations in the Middle East region. In this regard, the present article, in a descriptive-analytical approach and using statistical data, seeks to answer the question of what is the basis of the framework of the components of China's approach to the Middle East and to what extent this approach has been accepted in the region. Is? Based on this, China has placed its approach on the South-South orbit, peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, mutual non-aggression, non-interference, equality and mutual benefit. In this approach, historical, cultural and identity factors such as the face culture, the century of humiliation that China has committed to act not as a supporter, but as a partner in decolonization and development, Confucian thought that promotes a moral-value system based on moderation, benevolence and mediation. It has played an effective role in China's inclusive relations in the Middle East, and on the other hand, the measurement of public opinion shows that China has succeeded in creating a common and positive mindset in the minds of the political and social structure of the Middle East region
