چکیده
بنابر فرضی جدی در سیاست بین الملل، چین در سال هایی نه چندان دور بر کرسی ابرقدرتی جهان تکیه خواهد زد. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز تلاش دارد تا قدرت خود را در منطقه خاورمیانه تثبیت کند، که برای این مهم لازم است تا با یک قدرت جهانی متحد شود. به نظر چین با یک راهبرد درست و منطقی در قالب چارچوب های سیاست خارجی ایران، که قطعا پیشانی این راهبرد نیز دیپلماسی و روابط فرهنگی خواهد بود، می تواند هدف، شریک و هم پیمان بین الملل خوب و قابل اعتمادی باشد. به خصوص در حوزه فرهنگی نیز تحت هر شرایطی، چین به دلیل جمعیت قابل توجه خود پروژه ای موفق برای دیپلماسی فرهنگی ایران محسوب می شود و ایران نیز بنا به سنت های تاریخی، تمدنی و هنری خود فرصت های بسیاری در این حوزه پیش رو دارد. فرض ما در پژوهش حاضر به این ترتیب است که ایران و چین براساس روابط تمدنی مشترک خود با یکدیگر در طول تاریخ، در حال حاضر می توانند در مناسبات بین المللی بعنوان یک قدرت جهانی و منطقه ای با یکدیگر اقدامات مثبت و تعاملات سازنده ای را به نمایش بگذارند. لذا در این مقاله تلاش شده است تا ضمن بررسی شناخت آینده سیاسی چین، بوسیله روش تحقیق کیفی و کاربردی، با رویکردهای فرهنگی، علمی، رسانه ای، سیاسی و گردشگری مدلی مطلوب برای دیپلماسی فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در جمهوری خلق چین ارائه کندThe Desirable Model of Iran's Cultural Policies in China with the Future Perspective of the Political System of the People's Republic of China
According to a serious assumption in international politics, China will rely on the seat of the world's superpower in the not-so-distant years. The Islamic Republic of Iran is also trying to consolidate its power in the Middle East region, for which it is necessary to unite with a world power. In China's opinion, with a correct and logical strategy in the framework of Iran's foreign policy, which will definitely be the front of this strategy, diplomacy and cultural relations, it can be a good and reliable international partner and ally. Especially in the cultural field, under any circumstances, China is considered a successful project for Iran's cultural diplomacy due to its significant population, and Iran, due to its historical, cultural and artistic traditions, has many opportunities in this field. The field is ahead. Our assumption in the current research is that Iran and China, based on their common civilizational relations with each other throughout history, can currently take positive actions and constructive interactions with each other in international relations as a global and regional power. to display Therefore, in this article, an attempt has been made to provide a desirable model for the cultural diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the People's Republic of China, while examining the knowledge of China's political future, through qualitative and applied research methods, with cultural, scientific, media, political and tourism approaches.
