چکیده
مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش هوش فرهنگی در پیش بینی نیازهای اساسی روان شناختی افراد شرکت کننده در نزاع دسته جمعی شهر اردبیل است. روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد شرکت کننده در نزاع و درگیری گروهی بود که درسال 1396 به کلانتری های شهر اردبیل مراجعه کرده بودند. تعداد نمونه 123 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای از بین 8 کلانتری انتخاب شدند. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که از بین مولفه های هوش فرهنگی، راهبرد فراشناخت (33/0=B) توانایی پیش بینی نیاز اساسی شایستگی و دانش شناخت (26/0=B) توانایی پیش بینی نیازِ ارتباط را دارند. نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی نتایج تحقیق نشان داد نیازهای اساسی شایستگی و ارتباط از طریق هوش فرهنگی افراد درگیر در نزاع، قابل پیش بینی هستند. لذا پیشنهاد می گردد در جهت ارتقاء سطح آن کلاس های آموزشی در دوره های مجازات افراد شرکت کننده در نزاع و درگیری گروهی برگزار شود.The role of cultural intelligence in predicting psychological basic needs of participants in group quarrel and clashes in Ardabil
The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of cultural intelligence in predicting psychological basic needs of participants in group quarrel and clashes in Ardabil. The research method was a descriptive correlation. The statistical population included all participants who were involved in group quarrel and clashes in Ardabil city in 1396. The sample number was 123 which was selected using cluster sampling of the number of 8 police stations. Cultural intelligence and psychological basic needs Questionnaires were completed. The data were analyzed with multiple regression. The results showed that the components of cultural intelligence, metacognition strategy (B=0.33), the ability has to predict competence basic needs, and knowledge cognition (B=0/26). The ability have to predict relatedness basic needs. In general, the results of the research showed that the competence basic needs and relatedness through cultural intelligence persons involved in a quarrel are predictable.
