چکیده
مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: خانواده کوچک ترین و مهمترین نهاد تشکیل دهنده جامعه است که استحکام آن بر استحکام جامعه اثرگذاری مستقیم دارد. از آنجایی که طرح بصیرت افزایی و تعالی معنوی خانواده در شهرک شهید چمران با رویکرد مشاورهای، اردویی و جلسات سخنرانی و ارائه محصولات فرهنگی و آموزشی ویژه خانواده ها فعالیت دارد، پژوهش حاضر بر اساس این فرضیه که طرح مذکور بر تحکیم بنیان خانواده های شهرک شهید چمران تأثیر مثبت داشته، انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، از لحاظ میزان و درجه کنترل، میدانی و از لحاظ نحوه جمع آوری اطلاعات نیز از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری آن 100 نفر از مخاطبان طرح می باشند که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی و فرمول کوکران، 80 نفر معین شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش مصاحبه و پرسشنامه (طیف لیکرت) است و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و آزمون t بوسیله نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می دهد بر اساس مقایسه شاخص میانگین آزمون t که عدد3 است (مفهوم خنثی را دارد) با آمارهt آزمون شده در هر فرضیه، تأثیر طرح بصیرت افزایی و تعالی معنوی بر تحکیم بنیان خانواده های شهرک شهید چمران بالاتر از این شاخص میانگین بوده و نشان دهنده اثرگذاری بالای طرح بر تحکیم بنیان خانواده های این شهرک در سه بُعد اعتقادات مذهبی، مهارت های زندگی، اخلاق است. نتیجه گیری: سه بُعد اعتقادات مذهبی، مهارت های زندگی، اخلاق بعنوان اساسی ترین عوامل تحکیم بنیان خانواده، دارای مولفه های معینی می باشند که امکان طراحی الگو و شاخص تحلیل و بررسی تحکیم بنیان خانواده را ایجاد و در مسیر برنامه ریزی در این حوزه به مدیران فرهنگی کمک شایانی می نمایند. لذا با بهره برداری از همین مدل تأثیر طرح بصیرت افزایی و تعالی معنوی خانواده بر هر سه بُعد ذکر شده، تأثیر مستقیم و مثبت بوده و هر سه بُعد دارای اولویت های یکسان بوده است.The effect of insight and spiritual excellence of family on strengthening of foundation of families of martyr Chamran settlement.
Introduction and Objective: Family is the smallest and most important identity of society, whose strength has a direct effect on the consolidation of society. Since the Plan of increasing insight and spiritual uplift of family in martyr Chamran Township is working with a consultative, campus and lecture sessions approach and providing cultural and educational products for families, this study have been carried out in based on the assumption that the project had a positive impact on Consolidation of family basis in martyr Chamran Township.
Research method: The aim of this study is applied, the rate and degree of control is fieldwork, and in terms of gathering information field of research is descriptive survey research. The statistical population of this study was 100 people which by random sampling method and Cochran formula 80 people were given. The data gathering tool was interview and questionnaire (Likert scale) and by using descriptive and inferential statistics and t-test were analyzed using SPSS software.
Findings: The results of this study show that, based on the comparison of the mean value of the t test, which is the number 3 (neutral concept), with the t-test in each hypothesis, the effect of the plan of increasing insight and spiritual uplift of family on consolidation of family basis in martyr Chamran township, is higher than this index and showed the high impact of the plan on consolidating the foundations of the families of this township in three dimensions of religious beliefs, life skills, and ethics.
Conclusion: The three dimensions of religious beliefs, life skills, ethics as the most fundamental factors for consolidating the foundation of the family, have certain component that allow the design of the model and provide an indicator of the analysis and review of the consolidation of the foundation of family and will help to cultural managers in the planning process in this area. Therefore, by exploiting the same model, the influence of the plan of increasing insight and spiritual uplift of family on all three dimensions has a direct and positive effect and all three dimensions have the same priorities.
