چکیده
این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی تأ ثیر سازمان های غیر دولتی بر رفتار فرهنگی جوانان، جامعه آماری متشکل از 15 ساله سازمان های غیر دولتی جوانان مجوزدار را به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی مورد آزمون - اعضای رده سنی 29 قرار داده است . در پژوهش حاضر، هشت مولفه، رفتار عقلایی، رفتار جمعی و مشارکت جویانه، رفتار برنامه ریزی شده، رفتار مسئولانه و وجدانی، رفتار مدنی، رفتار هدفمندانه و امیدوارانه، رفتار رشد یابنده و رفتار قدرشناسانه را در بین پاسخگویان بررسی کرده و فرضیه های پژوهش را مورد آزمون قرار داده است . یافت ه های پژوهش نشان می دهد که، سازمان های غیر دولتی بر رفتار فرهنگی- اجتماعی اعضا و مدیریت بر رفتار فرهنگی جوانان تأثیری نداشته اند ولی توانسته اند در توانمندسازی اجتماعی و تقویت روحیه مشارکت و همچنین توسعه فرهنگ عمومی جوانان نقش موثری داشته باشندStudying the Effect of Non-Governmental Organizations on the Cultural Behaviors of Young Adults
This research aims to study the effect of non-governmental organizations on the cultural behaviors of young adults by using the descriptive-analytical research method to test the sample society which was the licensed members of non-governmental organizations ranging between ages 15 to 29. The 8 factors of logical behavior, group & contribution behavior, planned behavior, responsible behavior, civil behavior, strategic & hopeful behavior, extending behavior and appreciative behavior were studied and then the research hypotheses were tested. The results have shown that non-governmental organizations do not effect the cultural-social behaviors of the members and managing the cultural behaviors of young adults is useless; but, it can strengthen social empowering, enforce the spirit of contribution and develop the public culture of the youth.
