چکیده
در این مقاله د ر راستای تبیین مفهوم مهندسی فرهنگ با رویکرد آینده پژوهی ، نخست ضمن ار ائ ه مفاهیم مهندسی فرهنگ و رویکردهای مختلف در این خصوص و معرفی روشهای آینده پژوهی نسبت به بررسی فرهنگ موجود و شناخت نقاط قوت و ضعف آن اقدام گردیده و راههای رسیدن به فرهنگ مطلوب با استفاده از رویکردهای آینده پژوهی مشخص می گردد . در ادامه ، سطوح مولفه ها و شاخص های مورد نظر بر اساس دیدگاه ادگار شاین و با کمک تحقیقات انجام شده توسط هافستده، محسنی و چلبی جهت اعمال تغییرات در فرهنگ موجود با رویکرد آینده پژوهی شناسایی شده و سپس مولفه ها و شاخص های فرهنگ مطلوب در آینده بر اساس و سایر روشه ای MATLAB نظر سنجی از نخبگان فرهنگی جامعه مشخص شده و در نهایت با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری چون میانگین هندسی و ... اطلاعات جمع آوری شده تجزیه و تحلیل و الگوی فرهنگ مطلوب ارائه شده است . پس از انجام مراحل فوق با توجه به وجود شکاف بین فرهنگ موجود و فرهنگ مطلوب سعی گردیده تا با استفاده از تکنیک های آینده پژوهی از جمله سناریو نویسی را ه کارهای پر کردن انحرافات و شکا فهای موجود بین دو وضعیت فرهنگ در قالب یک الگوی مهندسی فرهنگ ارائه شودPresenting the Engineering Model of Culture according to the Strategic Foresight Approach
In this research, first “Engineering Culture” and different “Strategic Foresight Approaches” are defined; then, different foresight strategies which have been used in this very culture and their cons & pros are stated; Finally, the right foresight strategy which could finely lead to the desired culture is mentioned. Also, the levels, factors and indices at hand have been recognized according to the viewpoint of Edgar & Shine and the researches done by Hofstede, Mohseny & Chalapy to change the current culture according to the strategic foresight approach; eventually, the proper culture factors and indices for the future are recognized through the data collected from cultural experts, the data is analyzed through a soft ware named “MATLAB” & other statistical strategies (such as, geometric mean) and the desired model is presented. After all the above phases were done, a culture engineering model is presented by using the strategic foresight techniques such as scenario-building for filling in the notch and diversion existing between the current culture & the desired culture.
