چکیده
این پژوهش به آسی ب شناسی و تبیین فرهنگ سیاسی سازما نهای دولتی ایران پرداخته و در صدد است پس از شناخت آسیب های فرهنگ سیاسی سازمان های دولتی ایران و تبیین نوع فرهنگ سیاس ی حاکم بر آن سازمان ها، رابطه فرهنگ سیاسی و اثربخشی سازمانی را نیز تحلیل نموده و به ارائه یک الگوی اثربخش بپردازد . این پژوهش به روش توصیفی – تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی انجام گرفته و با استفاده از پرسشنامه به جم ع آوری اطلاعات از نمونه آماری 30 نفر از خبرگان و اس اتید رشته مدیریت دولتی ایران و 1451 نفر از کارکنان سازمان های دولتی شش استان کشور پرداخته و پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داد ه ها، 62 آسیب فرهنگ سیاسی سازمان های دولتی ایران را در سه سطح آسیب های فردی، آسیب های سازمانی و آسیب های محیطی دسته بندی نموده و نوع فرهنگ سیاسی سازمان های دولتی ایران را محدود ارزیابی نموده است .athology & Explaining the Political Culture of Iranian Governmental Organizations & Presenting an Influential model
This research focuses on pathology, explaining the political culture of Iranian governmental organizations and presenting the kind of the governing political culture in organizations. Then comes the analysis of the relation between political culture and organizational influence and the presentation of an influential model. The research was done through a descriptive-analytical method of co relational studies and questionnaires were handed out to 30 prodigies and professors of the Iranian Governmental Management field and to 1451 employees of governmental organizations from 6 provinces of Iran. By analyzing the foresaid collection of the information and data, 62 of the damages from political cultures of the Iranian governmental organizations were classified which were in 3 phases of individual damages, organizational damages and environmental damages. At last, the kind of political culture of Iran's governmental organizations has been partially assessed.
