چکیده
در این پژوهش، نویسنده با مروری بر فرهنگ و نقش آن در زندگی اجتماعی و لزوم ارزیابی امور فرهنگی، به بررسی مدل های ارزیابی عملکرد پرداخته و در ادامه با بررسی مبانی عملی موجود و مصاحبه با اندیشمندان، یک الگوی ارزیابی امور فرهنگی را ارائه نموده است این پژوهش به روش پیمایشی انجام گرفته و جهت تعیین روایی مدل ارائه شده، از تکنیک دلفی استفاده نموده و با آزمون های و ریاضی، پایایی مدل پیشنهادی مورد تائید قرار گرفته است در پایان پژوهشگر به این نتیجه رسیده است که الگوی ارائه شده قابلیت آن را دارد که با تغییرات جزئی در اجرا، مولفه ها و شاخص ها؛ به طور دقیق در ارزیابی برنامه های فرهنگی یک سازمان خاص مورد استفاده قرار گیرد .Designing & Giving an Assessment Model for Cultural Affairs by Using Quantative Models
In this research the researcher has reviewed culture, its role in societal life, why cultural affairs should be assessed and he has studied functional assessment models. He has then given an assessment model for cultural affairs by studying the practical essentials existing and interviewing scholars. This research has been done through the measurement method, the Delphi technique has been used to assign the admissibility model of the research and mathematical examinations have been used to confirm the recommended model's reliability. Finally, the researcher has reached the conclusion that the model presented has the ability to be used carefully in the assessment of cultural schedules of a specific organization with a little bit of change in execution, compilation and indexes.
