چکیده
هدف پژوهش: یکی از بخش های مهم تعلیم و تربیت در سند تحول بنیادین، تربیت بدنی است که به عنوان یک پدیده فرهنگی، به دلیل تنوع در کارکردها، اثرات متقابلی بر سایر پدیده های فرهنگی و اجتماعی دارد. لذا این تحقیق باهدف طراحی چارچوب فرهنگی توسعه حرفه ای دانشجو معلمان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان اصفهان انجام شد. روش پژوهش: با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد و نظرخواهی از 15 نفر از خبرگان متشکل از اعضای هیئت علمی و مدرسان پیشکسوت تربیت معلم در سطح آموزش وپرورش و دانشگاه فرهنگیان و از طریق پرسشنامه باز و مرور بر متون و مطالعات داخلی و خارجی، مدل مفهومی تحقیق طراحی شد. یافته ها: نتایج با بهره گیری از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، 103 مضمون فرهنگی فرعی و 23 مضمون فرهنگی اصلی را شامل شد. نتیجه گیری: عوامل مؤثر بر چارچوب فرهنگی توسعه حرفه ای دانشجو معلمان در قالب مؤلفه های علی (شرایط عمومی، مهارت، صلاحیت، ارزشیابی، مشارکت، دانش، شناخت نیازها، کارآموزی و برنامه درسی)، زمینه ای (جوسازمانی، شرایط اداری و سازمانی، ارکان)، مداخله گر (نقش دولت، تحقیق و توسعه، دوره های کوتاه مدت، دوره های کارآفرینی و دوره های دستیاری) و پیامدها (ویژگی های معلم دوره دیده و حرفه ای، تغییر الگوهای جذب، بهره گیری از تجربیات، سازندگی، اثربخشی، تدبیر و آینده نگری) در قالب یک الگوی پیشنهادی ارائه شد تا دید گسترده تری برای سیاست گذاران این حوزه فراهم آورد.Presenting the Cultural Model of Professional Development of Sudent Teachers in Farhangian University (case study: physical education students)
The purpose of the research: one of the important parts of education and training in the fundamental transformation document is physical education, which as a cultural phenomenon, due to its diversity in functions, has mutual effects on other cultural and social phenomena. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of designing a cultural framework for the professional development of student physical education teachers at Farhangian University of Isfahan province.Research method: by using the foundation data method and asking opinions from 15 experts consisting of faculty members and veteran teachers of teacher training at the level of education and training and Farhangian University and through an open questionnaire and review of domestic and foreign texts and studies, a research conceptual model was designed.Findings: The results included 103 secondary cultural themes and 23 main cultural themes using open, central and selective coding.Conclusion: the factors affecting the cultural framework of the professional development of student teachers in the form of causal components (general conditions, skills, competence, evaluation, participation, knowledge, recognition of needs, internship and curriculum), contextual (organizational atmosphere, administrative and organizational conditions, pillars), The intervention (the role of the government, research and development, short-term courses, entrepreneurship courses and assistantship courses) and the consequences (characteristics of experienced and professional teachers, changes in recruitment patterns, benefit from experiences, creativity, effectiveness, tactfulness and foresight) were presented in the form of a proposed model to It provided a broader view for policy makers in this field.
