چکیده
مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: مسائل زیست محیطی به عنوان یکی از تهدیدهای عمده برای بشر در قرن بیست و یکم شناخته شده اند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارائه راهکارهای فرهنگی برای حفظ محیط زیست گیلان از منظر صاحب نظران می باشد که در این راستا سئوال اصلی تحقیق عبارت است از: راهکارهای فرهنگی برای حفظ محیط زیست گیلان از منظر صاحب نظران چیست؟ روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش جمع آوری اطلاعات توصیفی- پیمایشی، و از لحاظ روش گردآوری اطلاعات میدانی است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش سازمان های مجری سیاست گذاری های فرهنگی در گیلان هستند که عملکرد آنها با حفاظت محیط زیست گیلان مرتبط است. هم چنین روش نمونه گیری در این تحقیق، غیر احتمالی بوده و 17 کارشناسان و متولی حوزه محیط زیست استان گیلان، انتخاب و در راستای سئوال های تحقیق (در چارچوب پرسشنامه با سئوال باز) مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. برای تحلیل داده ها، از تکنیک تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. یافته ها: براساس یافته ها، گسترش سطح آگاهی، دانش و بینش زیست محیطی جامعه و نیز الزام به رعایت استانداردها و شاخص های زیست محیطی در قوانین و مقررات، برنامه های توسعه و آمایش سرزمین از عمده ترین راهکارهای فرهنگی حفاظت از محیط زیست هستند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج بیان گر این مطلب است که وضعیت محیط زیست استان گیلان نسبت به سه دهه قبل، نامطلوب تر شده است.Investigation of cultural solution for sustaining Guilan environment (Experts vision
Environmental issues have been recognized as one of the main human threats in 21th century. Most of the environmental issues are due of human behavior and these behaviors aren’t done in vacuum and are affected by different kinds of contextual determinants, so that considering awareness, knowledge, being responsible sense and also way of individual confrontation to environments is important in studying of cultural solutions sustaining of environment.
Introducing of cultural solutions of Guilan figures for sustaining of environment is the main aim of the essay. Aim of current research is functional, its method of gathering data and information is respectively description-survey and field study. Organizations running cultural policies in Guilan and their operation are related to sustain Guilan environment are Statistical population of research. Based on nonprobability sampling were selected and interviewed 17 experts and trustees of Guilan environmental issues.
Finding show that developing level of environmental awareness, knowledge and insight of society and also requirement to commitment to environmental standards and indexes in laws and regulations, development programs and land use planning are the main cultural solutions for sustaining of environment. Other findings show that Guilan environmental situation has been deteriorated rather than last three decades.
