چکیده
فرهنگ شهروندی به عنوان یک مفهوم جدید در هزاره سوم، به شکل مستقیم تحت تاثیر مهارت های اجتماعی شهروندان قرار دارد. مقاله حاضر در همین راستا هدف خود را شناسایی رابط مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: فرهنگ شهروندی به عنوان یک مفهوم جدید در هزاره سوم، به شکل مستقیم تحت تاثیر مهارت های اجتماعی شهروندان قرار دارد. مقاله حاضر در همین راستا هدف خود را شناسایی رابطه دوره های آموزشی مهارت های اجتماعی سازمان فرهنگی هنری شهرداری تهران با فرهنگ شهروندی قرار داده است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوه اجرای آن، پیمایشی توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری در مقاله حاضر عبارتست از کلیه شهروندان شرکت کننده در دوره های آموزش مهارت های اجتماعی منطقه هشت سازمان فرهنگی هنری شهرداری تهران در شش ماهه نخست سال 1395 خورشیدی که شامل 400 نفر است. نمونه مورد مطالعه به صورت تصادفی و به حجم 196 نفر به پیشنهاد فرمول کوکران انتخاب گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده ها عبارت بود از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مبتنی بر طیف لیکرت 5 سطحی برای سنجش مهارت های اجتماعی و فرهنگ شهروندی (به ترتیب مشتمل بر 20 و 22 سوال). یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که رابطه معنا داری بین آموزش مهارت های اجتماعی و فرهنگ شهروندی شهروندان مراجعه کننده به مراکز منطقه8 سازمان فرهنگی هنری شهرداری تهران وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: با استفاده از محاسبه ضریب همبستگی رتبه ای اسپیرمن نشان داد همبستگی مثبت و معناداری بین آموزش مهارت قابلیت بیان افکار در تبادلات اجتماعی، آموزش مهارت دانش نسبت به نقش ها و ارزش های اجتماعی، آموزش مهارت های حل مسئله، آموزش مهارت های ایفای نقش های اجتماعی و فرهنگ شهروندی در جمعیت آماری مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. البته شواهد آماری کافی برای اثبات همبستگی آموزش مهارت درک شرایط مختلف اجتماعی و فرهنگ شهروندی یافت نشد.ه دوره های آموزشی مهارت های اجتماعی سازمان فرهنگی هنری شهرداری تهران با فرهنگ شهروندی قرار داده است. روش تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوه اجرای آن، پیمایشی توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری در مقاله حاضر عبارتست از کلیه شهروندان شرکت کننده در دوره های آموزش مهارت های اجتماعی منطقه هشت سازمان فرهنگی هنری شهرداری تهران در شش ماهه نخست سال 1395 خورشیدی که شامل 400 نفر است. نمونه مورد مطالعه به صورت تصادفی و به حجم 196 نفر به پیشنهاد فرمول کوکران انتخاب گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده ها عبارت بود از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مبتنی بر طیف لیکرت 5 سطحی برای سنجش مهارت های اجتماعی و فرهنگ شهروندی (به ترتیب مشتمل بر 20 و 22 سوال). نتایج تحقیق با استفاده از محاسبه ضریب همبستگی رتبه ای اسپیرمن نشان داد همبستگی مثبت و معناداری بین آموزش مهارت قابلیت بیان افکار در تبادلات اجتماعی، آموزش مهارت دانش نسبت به نقش ها و ارزش های اجتماعی، آموزش مهارت های حل مسئله، آموزش مهارت های ایفای نقش های اجتماعی و فرهنگ شهروندی در جمعیت آماری مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. البته شواهد آماری کافی برای اثبات همبستگی آموزش مهارت درک شرایط مختلف اجتماعی و فرهنگ شهروندی یافت نشد.The relationship between social skills training courses of cultural and artistic organization of Tehran municipality and the citizenship culture (A case study)
Civic culture as a new concept in the third millennium, are directly affected by social skills of citizens.Thus the aim of this reseaCivic culture as a new concept in the third millennium, are directly affected by social skills of citizens. Thus the aim of this research is to identify the relation between social skills education in Tehran municipality’s cultural and artistic organization and civic culture.The research method in terms of the purpose is an applied and in terms of its implementation manner,is a survey descriptive one. The statistical population of this research consisted of participants of Tehran municipality’s cultural and artistic organization social skills courses containing 400 persons in the first six months of the year 1395. The sample was selected randomly in a size of 169 suggested bu Cochran formula. The data collecting tool was 2 questionnairs: a researcher made questionnaire of social skills containing 20 questions and another researcher made questionnaire of civic culture containing 22 questions which their validity approved through consulting experts and their reliability assured by calculating cronbatch’s alpha.( the value of alpha was 0.802 and 0.816 respectively).
