چکیده
مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: امروزه یکی از ظرفیت های توسعه کشورهای دنیا، گسترش و تبادل ارتباطات میان فرهنگ ها و تمدن هاست و تحولات دهه های اخیر در حوزه روابط بین الملل است که حاکی از اهمیت مقوله فرهنگ در دست یابی به اهداف و بهبود روابط میان دولت ها است از این رو کسب وجهه و اعتبار بین المللی و نفوذ در افکار عمومی از جمله اهداف مهم دیپلماسی کشورها است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق عبارت است از طراحی الگوی توسعه روابط بین فرهنگی در عصر جهانی شدن و در راستای تحقق آن، این تحقیق به دنبال یافتن پاسخ این سؤال اصلی می باشد که چگونه می توان الگویی مناسب جهت توسعه روابط بین فرهنگی در عصر جهانی شدن طراحی کرد. روش پژوهش: این تحقیق از حیث هدف یک تحقیق نظری و بنیادی و از حیث روش متکی به روش اسنادی و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل صاحب نظران و مجریان امور فرهنگی در وزارت امور خارجه می باشد. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از تحقیقات اسنادی حاکی از آن است که فرهنگ می تواند ارتباطات عمیقی بین ملت ها ایجاد کند و یک مقوله پایدار، ادغام گر، فرامرزی، اکتسابی، اشتراکی، وحدت بخش و سازگار آفرین است و می تواند نتایج پایداری در روابط بین الملل ایجاد کند، درحالی که یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که علیرغم تلاش دستگاه سیاست خارجی در راستای تأمین منافع ملی به عنوان متولی توسعه روابط در کشور، این مهم به نحو مطلوبی صورت نگرفته و از تمامی مؤلفه و ظرفیت های فرهنگی کشور در عرصه جهانی استفاده نشده است. نتیجه گیری: از ترکیب نتایج به دست آمده در تحقیقات اسنادی و میدانی و ترکیب آن ها الگویی عملیاتی بومی بر مبنای عامل فرهنگ که حاوی راهکارهایی در سه سطح داخلی، منطقه ای و بین المللی می باشد جهت افزایش کارایی مؤلفه های فرهنگی و توسعه روابط تدوین گردید.Designing development model of intercultural relations in the era of golbalization
