چکیده
این پژوهش به منظور بررسی روند اجرای مدیریت دانش در سازمان مدیر یت صنعتی ایران انجام گر فته است . دراین پژوهش پس از بررسی اجمالی مفاهیم مدیریت دانش و مد نظر قراردان عناصر تاثیرگذار بر موفقیت مدیریت دانش، با تهیه پرسشنامه ای به جمع آوری اطلاعات از 42 نفر پرسنل آگاه به مدیریت دانش در سازمان مذکور پرداخته شد ه است . روش پژوهش توصیفی - پژوهشی از نوع زمینه ای می باشد که پس از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات ، یافته های پژوهش ، این فرضیه های پژوهش را تایید نمود ه است . در پایان نویسنده پیشنهاداتی در زمینه اجرای پروژه های مدیریت دانش در سازمان ها بخصوص سازمان های تحقیقاتی – آموزشی از جمله سازمان مدیریت صنعتی ایران ارائه نموده است .How to Practice Knowledge Management in Education- Research Organizations
This research was done to study the process of the knowledge management on work in Iran's Industrial Management organization. Initially, the concept of knowledge management, the educated organizations and the influential elements leading to the success of knowledge management have been briefly studied. Then, questionnaires were handed out to 42 members of the said organization and in the Industrial Management Organization. The research was done through the descriptivemeasurement method of the field studies. In this type of research, the researcher analyzes the information and research finding, proves his/her hypotheses and recommends putting in work knowledge management projects in organizations, especially in Iran's Industrial Management Organization.v
