چکیده
در این مقاله نویسنده در ابتدا با گذری بر اهمیت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در زمینه آموزش و نقش آن در تصمیم گیری کشورها به طبقه بندی آنها از نظر سطح دستیابی و استفاده از این فناوری می پردازد . در ادامه با تقسیم بندی مهارتهای لازم برای قرن 21 و نقش مهارت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در آن پرداخته و تاثیر آن در مهارتهای ارتباطی، اطلاعاتی، محاسباتی، اداره ی رفتار شخصی و رقابتی، اجتماعی و مشارک تی، کاری و آموزشی مورد بحث قرار می دهد و نقش آن در توسعه فرهنگی و توسعه پایدار کشور ایران بررسی می کند . این پژوهش نشان می دهد که ورود فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات می تواند یک محیط یادگیری توامند ایجاد کند و محدودیتهای حوزه کتاب و معلم را مورد چالش قرار دهد، سبب ایجاد فضای همفکری و هم اندیشی شود، بر نگرش دانش آموز به مقوله پژوهش تاثیر بگذارد، یک بستر توامند برای فعالیتهای پژوهشی ایجاد نماید و سبب شکوفائی ذهن و خلاقیت دان شآموزان شود.THE ROLE OF MODERN TRAINING AND SKILLS IN CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT (With the emphasis on schools)
In this article the writer first reviews the importance of information and communication technology in training and its role in countries’ decision making, and categorizes them based on the level of availability and use of this technology. Afterwards, divides the necessary skills for the twenty first century and the role of the information and communication technology skill in it, and discusses its effect on communicational, informational and accounting skills, and on controlling individual and competitive, social and contributory, band, wok and training behavior. It also reviews the role of these skills and behaviors in cultural development and permanent development of Iran. This research shows that the entrance of information technology can create a powerful learning environment, challenge the restrictions of books and instructors, provide an atmosphere of unanimity, affect student’s attitudes toward the investigation, create a powerful field for investigational activities, and lead to the flourish of the mind and creativity of students
