چکیده
این مقاله با هدف بررسی وضعیت ساختار های فرهنگی موجود کشور و ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی برای هماهنگ سازی نهادهای فرهنگی انجام گرفته است، سعی شده است که با استفاده از اسناد و مدارک موجود در این حوزه و نیز در عرصه » : دیدگاه های مدیران، صاحب نظران و اندیشمندان حوزوی و دانشگاهی به اثبات این فرضیه بپردازد که نتایج این پژوهش .« فعالیت ها فرهنگی امکان برقراری یک رابط هی ارگانیک از نوع ه مافزایی و هماهنگی وجود دارد نشان می دهد که سامان دهی امور فرهنگی ایجاد یک مرکزیت قدرتمند ستادی فر ادولتی است تا هم بتواند تاثیر اختلافات موجود در حوزه فرهنگ کشور را کاهش دهد و هم رابطه ارگانیک و هم افزایی بین ساختارهای فرهنگی فعال این حوزه برقرار نمایدReviewing goals and tasks of chartered cultural organizations in Iran, and providing approaches to harmonize these organizations
In this article which is proposed aiming to review the positions of cultural structures in the country, and to provide executing approaches for harmonizing and coordinating cultural organizations, it is tried to prove this hypothesis that “It is possible to make an organic link of harmony in cultural activities”. This proof is made using the available documents in this field and the view points of manager, theorists and professors of universities and religious schools. Outcomes of this investigation suggest that the cultural affairs need to create a strong super organization center for both settling the existing discrepancies in country’s culture and building an organic and coordinate link among the active cultural structures in this field.
