چکیده
اوقات فراغت همواره به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین چالش ها در حوزه های اجتماعی و فرهنگی مطرح بوده است. بخصوص حساسیت این موضوع در ارتباط با جوانان بیشتر خود را نمایش می دهد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق ارائه مدل جامعی از اوقات فراغت جوانان شهرک های سازمانی وزارت دفاع می باشد. می توان این تحقیق را در گروه تحقیقات توصیفی و پیمایشی و کاربردی دانست. به همین منظور جامعه آماری این تحقیق را خبرگان فعال در حوزه اوقات فراغت که تعداد آنها در این تحقیق بر اساس روش سرشماری 16 نفر تعیین شده است. در بخش تعیین مولفه ها و شاخص ها از روش دلفی فازی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه مخصوص این روش به شناسایی مولفه ها پرداختیم در نهایت بر اساس نظرات خبرگان 65 مولفه شناسایی گردید که در نهایت در قالب 16 شاخص اصلی دسته بندی شده است. در نهایت نیز مدل اوقات فراغت در قالب شاخص های اصلی و زیر مولفه ها ارائه گردید.Provide a leisure pattern for young study of the case study (organizational settlements of the Ministry of Defense)
leisure time has always been considered as one of the most important challenges in social and cultural fields . especially the sensitivity of this issue in relation to youth shows itself . the main objective of this research is to present a comprehensive model of leisure time of youth in defence ministry . this research can be considered as a descriptive and applied research group . for this purpose , the population of this research is experts active in the area of leisure time in which the number of them in this research is determined according to the census method . in determining the indexes and indexes , the fuzzy delphi method was used to identify the components . ~~~ finally , the experts ' opinions were identified based on expert 's opinions and finally was classified as the main index . finally , the leisure time model was presented in the form of main and sub - components .
