درنگی بر چند واژه از آداب الحرب و الشجاعة (1)

چکیده
کتاب آداب الحرب و الشجاعه، تألیف محمّد بن منصور بن سعید (ملقّب به مبارکشاه و معروف به فخر مدبّر)، از آثار مهمّ قرن هفتم هجری است که جدا از ارزش زبانی، به لحاظ تاریخی و اجتماعی نیز جایگاهی ویژه دارد. مطالب و مندرجاتِ کتاب چنان که از نام آن برمی آید بیشتر به شیوه های نبرد، آرایشِ سپاه و تعبیه جنگی، اوصاف و کاربردِ جنگ افزارها، عرض دادنِ لشکر و آداب و ترتیبِ آن، اختیار کردنِ زمینِ مَصاف، آیین پادشاهی، فرستادنِ رسول و ارسالِ تُحَف، و مسائلی از این دست مربوط می شود. مؤلّف پندهایی نیز برای پادشاه و لشکرکش و رعیت ذکر کرده است. آگاهی هایی که آداب الحرب درباره رنگ و شکل، عیب و علّتِ اسبان و معالجات امراضِ این حیوان به دست می دهد، مغتنم است و از خلال آن می توان مدخل های تازه به فرهنگ های لغت زبان فارسی افزود یا تعاریفِ مدخل های موجود را تکمیل کرد. قریب به شصت سال پیش، احمد سهیلی خوانساری به تصحیح این اثر همّت گماشت و حاصل کار خود را در 1346ش انتشار داد. در این مقاله مروری بر چند واژه از این کتاب داشته ایم.A Review of Some Terms from "Ādāb al-Ḥarb wa al-Shujā'a"
The book "Ādāb al-Ḥarb wa al-Shujā'a," written by Moḥammad ibn Mansūr ibn Saīd (known as Mubarak Shah and famously known as Fakhr Mudabir), is one of the important works of the seventh century AH, which, apart from its linguistic value, has a special place in terms of historical and social aspects. The contents of the book, as its name suggests, mostly relate to battle tactics, army organization and training, descriptions and uses of weapons, presentation and order of the army, allocation of battlefield, royal ceremony, sending messengers and sending gifts, and similar issues. The author has also given advice to the king, army commander, and the people. The knowledge that "Ādāb al-Ḥarb wa al-Shujā'a " provides about the color and shape, defects and causes of horses, and the treatments of their diseases is valuable, and through it, new insights can be added to the vocabularies of the Persian language or complements to existing definitions. Nearly sixty years ago, Ahmad Soheili Khansari made an effort to edit this work, and he published his work in 1346 SH. In this article, we have reviewed some terms from this book.
