مدیریت سود موضوعی بحث برانگیزاست ومحققان تحقیق های بسیاری دراین زمینه به انجام رسانیده اند.ازطرفی درماندگی مالی به دلیل اهمیت زیاد موردتوجه اهل علم قرارگرفته است.محققان برای جلوگیری از مدیریت سود فرصت طلبانه وپیش بینی درماندگی مالی جهت کمک به مدیریت قبل از ورشکستگی شرکت تلاشهای بسیاری انجام داده اند. مقاله حاضر قصد دارد مروری برتحقیقات محققان درزمینه مدیریت سود ودرماندگی مالی وارتباط مدیریت سودبادرماندگی مالی داشته باشدودرنتیجه بیان خواهدشدکه درماندگی مالی رانمیشودبااستفاده از مدیریت سود برای مدت زیادی پنهان نگه داشت.An overview of the studies conducted in relation to the profit management of helplessness financial and the relationship between helplessness financial and profit management

This article aims to review the researches of researchers in the field of profit management and financial stagnation and the relationship between profit management and financial stagnation, and as a result, it will be stated that financial helplessness cannot be kept hidden for a long time by using profit management.
