چکیده
شرکت ها برای افزایش دارایی های نقدی خود سعی می کنند از مدیران با تجربه ای که کمیته سرمایه گذاری را تشکیل داد ه اند استفاده نمایند تا بدین وسیله بتوانند مسیرهای عملکرد و فعالیت های شرکت را بهتر انجام دهند و با اعتماد و اطمینان بیشتری در روند تصمیم گیری ها و اعمال اهداف سازمانی قدم بردارند. با توجه به مطالعاتی که احمد و همکاران در سال 2020 انجام داده اند، ویژگیهای کمیته سرمایه گذاری متغیری است که بر دارایی نقدی و رشد شرکت تأثیر میگذارد؛ این ویژگی ها را میتوان تجربیات، استقلال، تعداد جلسات و اندازه اعضای کمیته سرمایه گذاری در نظر گرفت بنابرا ین در این مقاله ما به بررسی تاثیر کمیته سرمایه گذاری بر اهرم مالی پرداختیم. به منظور دستیابی به هدف کلی پژوهش چهار فرضیه تدوین جامعه ی آماری مورد مطالعه ی این تحقیق، کلیه شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران که از سال 1397 یا قبل از آن در بورس تهران عضویت داشته اند می شود. نتایج نشان می دهد بین تجربیات کمیته سرمایه گذاری و اهرم مالی شرکت های پذیرفته شده بورس اوراق بهادار تهران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بین استقلال کمیته سرمایه گذاری و اهرم مالی شرکت های پذیرفته شده بورس اوراق بهادار تهران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بین تعداد جلسات کمیته سرمایه گذاری و اهرم مالی شرکت های پذیرفته شده بورس اوراق بهادار تهران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بین اندازه کمیته سرمایه گذاری و اهرم مالی شرکت های پذیرفته شده بورس اوراق بهادار تهران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.The impact of the investment committee on the financial leverage of the company

According to the studies conducted by Ahmed et al. in 2020, the characteristics of the investment committee is a variable that affects the company's cash assets and growth; These characteristics can be considered the experience, independence, number of meetings and size of the members of the investment committee, so in this article we investigated the impact of the investment committee on financial leverage. In order to achieve the general purpose of the research, the four hypotheses of compiling the statistical population studied in this research, all the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange, which have been a member of the Tehran Stock Exchange since 2017 or before. The results show that there is a significant relationship between the experience of the investment committee and the financial leverage of the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. There is a significant relationship between the independence of the investment committee and the financial leverage of companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. There is a significant relationship between the number of investment committee meetings and the financial leverage of companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. There is a significant relationship between the size of the investment committee and the financial leverage of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange.
