بررسی تنوع جنسیتی بر عملکرد شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش تنوع جنسیتی هیات مدیره بر عملکرد شرکتها می باشد. اطلاعات اخذ شده در رابطه با متغیر های پژوهش وارد صفحه گسترده اکسل شده و سپس با استفاده از نرم افزار ایویوز تحلیل شدند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش به روش حذف سیستماتیک از میان ۲۲۶ شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی دوره زمانی ۱۳۹۱ تا ۱۴۰۰ می باشد. نتایج آماری پشتوانه کافی جهت اثبات ارتباط بین تنوع جنسیت جنسیتی و عملکرد مالی نداشت. نتایج بدست آمده متفاوت با نتایج پژوهش ها خارجی بود. به نظر می رسد توزیع فراوانی و تعداد اندک حضور بانوان در میان اعضای هیئت مدیره شرکت ها از منظر آماری نمی تواند دلیلی بر اثبات فرضیات پژو هشگر باشد.Investigating gender diversity on the performance of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange
The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of gender diversity of the board of directors on the performance of companies. The obtained information related to the research variables was entered into an Excel spreadsheet and then analyzed using Eviuse software. The statistical population of this research is based on the method of systematic elimination among 226 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 1391 to 1400. The statistical results did not have enough support to prove the relationship between gender diversity and financial performance. The obtained results were different from the results of foreign researches. It seems that the frequency distribution and the small number of women's presence among the members of the company's board of directors, from a statistical point of view, cannot prove the hypothesis of Peugeot Heshgar.
