چکیده
نوشتار پیش رو درباره یکی از ممدوحان منوچهری دامغانی، ابوحرب بختیار بن محمد، حاکم دامغان در اوایل سده پنجم است. او در دوره حکومت زیاریان (در طبرستان و گرگان)، دیلیمان (در ری و برخی نقاط دیگر) و غزنویان (در خراسان، ری و دیگر نواحی)، بر قومس حکومت می رانده است. بر اساس اشعاری که منوچهری درباره این حاکم سروده، می توان به اطلاعاتی درباره این شخص، میزان و چند و چون وابستگیِ حکومت او به حکومت های قدرتمند تر (از جمله زیاریان، غزنویان و آل بویه) و اوضاع سیاسیِ منطقه تحت حکومت او (قومس) دست یافت.Abūḥarb Bakhtiyār, the Ruler of Qumis, in Manochehri Damghani's Poems
The following article is about one of Manouchehri Damghani's admired people, Abūḥarb Bakhtiyār bin Muhammad, the ruler of Damghan in the early fifth century. He ruled Qumis during the rule of Ziyarians (in Tabaristan and Gorgan), Diliman (in Ray and some other places) and Ghaznavids (in Khorasan, Ray and other areas).
