چکیده
هر ساله به دلیل افت تحصیلی میزان زیادی از امکانات، منابع و استعدادهای بالقوه انسانی در سازمان آموزش و پرورش و خانواده ها هدر می-رود. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر افت تحصیلی دانش آموزان در شهر ایلام صورت گرفت. برای تحقق این هدف، از روش کمی- پیمایشی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه 1 و 2 در شهر ایلام و در سال تحصیلی 99-98 بوده که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 152 نفر انتخاب شده و بر مبنای نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده در بین آنان پرسشنامه استاندارد توزیع شده است. بعد از جمع آوری داده ها، تجزیه و تحلیل بر مبنای spss و lisrel صورت گرفته است. یافته ها بیانگر آن است که عوامل درونی نظام آموزشی مانند نامناسب بودن محتوای برنامه ها با نیازها، استعدادها و علایق دانش آموزان؛ نامناسب بودن شرایط و فضای کلاس درس با نیازها و شرایط اجتماعی-روانی دانش آموزان؛ نامناسب بودن معلمان از نظر شایستگی ها و شیوه تدریس؛ تعامل معلم و شاگرد و همچنین عوامل بیرونی نظام آموزشی مانند فقر و محرومیت اقتصادی، وضعیت خانوادگی و فقر فرهنگی بر مساله افت تحصیلی دانش آموزان در شهر ایلام تاثیر معناداری دارد.Investigating the factors affecting the academic failure of high school students in Ilam city and providing solutions to prevent it
Every year, due to a lack of education, there is a lot of potential, human resources and potential in the organization of education and families. Based on this, the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors affecting the academic failure of students in Ilam city. To achieve this goal, quantitative-survey method was used.The statistical population of the research is 1st and 2nd high school students in Ilam city, 152 people were selected using Cochran's formula and a standard questionnaire was distributed among them based on simple random sampling. After data collection, analysis has been done based on spss and lisrel. The findings indicate that the internal factors of the educational system, such as the inappropriateness of the content of the programs with the needs, talents and interests of the students; inappropriateness of classroom conditions and atmosphere with the needs and social-psychological conditions of students; inappropriateness of teachers in terms of qualifications and teaching methods; Teacher-student interaction as well as external factors of the educational system such as poverty and economic deprivation, family status and cultural poverty have a significant impact on the problem of academic failure of students in Ilam city.
