چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف برسی شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد مدیران ورزشی، از طریق تجمیع و گردآوری برخی متغیرها، شاخص ها و معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد به روش گردهمایی (پنل) دلفی (نظرخواهی از جمعی از خبرگان حوزه ورزش و مدیران ورزشی)، سعی در گردآوری، تدوین، تأیید و تحلیل طیف گسترده ای از شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد مدیران ورزشی را داشته است. متعاقب آن تعداد سی ویک شاخص تجمیع شده را پس از استحصال و قبض و بسط و تعدیل پیرامونی و درونی، به وسیله یک پنل تخصصی از خبرگان حوزه مدیریت ورزشی دیگر (که به صورت گلوله برفی شناسایی شدند) در ده دسته (طبقه) جای داده و پایایی این فرآیند دسته بندی را با روش های آماری مورد تأیید قرار داده است . پس از تعیین و معلوم ساختن شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد در ده دسته مجزا و متفاوت، اقدام به یک گونه شناسی ( سنخ شناسی) شاخص ها با معیارهای شناختی متفاوت و ویژگی ها و معیارهای حوزه ورزشی و مدیریت رویدادها و اماکن ورزشی اقدام گردید و برخی گونه ها از دل شاخص ها و معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد هم چون گونه معطوف به پیامدها، گونه معطوف به ستانده ها، گونه معطوف به ارتقاء دارایی های فکری و سرمایه های انسانی، گونه معطوف به کارایی، گونه معطوف به شکوفایی قابلیت های ذاتی و درونی مرئوسین ، گونه معطوف به اثرات و نتایج بازشناسی شدند . کاربرد صحیح و بجا و مؤثر این شاخص ها بسیار مهم تر و اولی تر از صرف کاربرد آن هاست و این مدل استخراج شده در این تحقیق تا حدود زیادی می تواند این فرآیند شناختی را تسهیل نموده و ارزیابی کنندگان را در کاربرد صحیح و مؤثر شاخص ها و معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد یاری نماید.Compilation, evaluation and identification of performance evaluation indicators Sports managers from the point of view of sports experts
