چکیده
در حال حاضر نارضایتی مالی یکی از عوامل مهم و تاثیرگذار در بازار بورس است که موجب خروج سرمایه های کلانی از بورس شده است و نیازمند بررسی دقیق و شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار و موثر بر آن می باشد. از این رو تحقیق حاضر به ارائه الگوی مفهومی از عوامل تأثیر گذاری بر نارضایتی مالی مدیران در شرکت های درمانده می پردازد. این تحقیق از نظر داده ترکیبی، از نوع روش توصیفی بوده و از نوع مدل سازی می باشد. در مرحله اول برای گردآوری داده های مفهومی، نگارش مبانی نظری ومتغیرها پژوهش از روش کتابخانه ای و در مرحله دوم از مصاحبه (روش دلفی) از طریق نمونه غیر تصادفی هدفمند و در دسترس از 30 نفر از مدیران ارشد (مدیرعامل) شرکت های نمونه برای شناسایی عوامل موثر بر نارضایتی مالی تا جای ادامه پیدا خواهد کرد تا موجب غنای نظری محقق، محقق گردد. برای شناسایی شرکت های درمانده مالی از معیار Z آلتمن استفاده گردید که در نهایت 50 شرکت درمانده مالی پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 1388- 1397 شناسایی شد.که نهایتاً مدل مفهومی از عوامل تاثیر گذاری بر نارضایتی مدیران مالی با 7 مولفه و 54 شاخص ارائه شده است.Presenting a conceptual model of social contexts affecting financial dissatisfaction of managers of helpless companies
Currently, financial dissatisfaction is one of the most important and influential factors in the stock market, which has led to the outflow of large investments from the stock market and requires careful study and identification of factors affecting it. Therefore, the present study provides a conceptual model of factors affecting the financial dissatisfaction of managers in helpless companies. This research is a descriptive method in terms of combined data and modeling. In the first stage for collecting conceptual data, writing theoretical foundations and variables, research by library method and in the second stage of interview (Delphi method) through a non-random sample targeted and available from 30 senior managers (CEO) of the company. Sample studies to identify the factors affecting financial dissatisfaction will continue until the researcher's theoretical enrichment. Altman Z criterion was used to identify financially helpless companies. Finally, 50 financially helpless companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange were identified in the period 2009-20018. Finally, a conceptual model of factors affecting the dissatisfaction of financial managers with 7 components and 54 indicators are provided.
