چکیده
یکی از ابزارهایی که در زمینه ارزیابی و تحلیل داده ها می تواند بسیار سودمند باشد، داده کاوی است که در سیر تحول فناوری اطلاعات به عنوان یکی از ابزارهای کارا برای استخراج دانش مفید سازمانی معرفی شده است. استفاده از شیوه های داده کاوی امکانات قابل توجهی در کنترل و نظارت کارامد مدیران فراهم می کند و دانش مفید برای پایش کارامد را در اختیار مدیران قرار می دهد. در این مقاله با تمرکز بر کاربرد داده کاوی در استخراج دانشی که در کنترل و نظارت کارامد مدیران در این سازمان مفید واقع شود، چارچوبی کاربردی از شیوه های داده کاوی در مرکز نظارت همگانی 197، ارائه شده است. نتایج اجرای این چارچوب نشان می دهد که الگوهای به دست آمده معتبر و قابل اعتماد است و می تواند به منظور عملکرد بهتر این سازمان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد؛ هم چنین چارچوب ارائه شده می تواند در سایر سازمانهای عمومی و دولتی خدماتی برای کنترل و نظارت کارامد مدیران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.The 197 Public Supervision Center from the Perspective of Data Probing
One of the instruments that can be very useful in the field of evaluation and analysis of data is data probing that, in the evolution of information technology, is an efficient tool for the derivation of useful organizational knowledge. The use of data probing methods provides remarkable facilities for the efficient policing and supervision of managers and puts the useful knowledge for efficient supervision at managers' disposal. In this paper, with a focus on application of data probing in derivation of the knowledge that can be useful in policing and supervision of competent mangers in this organization, an applied framework of data probing methods is presented in the 197 public supervision center. The results of the execution of this framework have shown that the attained models are valid and reliable and can be used for the better performance of this organization. Also, the presented framework can be used in other general and governmental service organizations for policing and controlling competent managers.
