چکیده
این مطالعه باهدف شناسایی الگوهای ذهنی کارکنان دانشگاه های ایلام در زمینه توسعه فرهنگی است. روش مطالعه، تلفیقی از روش های (کیفی- کمی) است، ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش گردآوری داده ها کیفی، از نوع کیو هست. تالار گفتمان پژوهش را 14 نفر از کارکنان و مدیران سازمان های دولتی (فرهنگ و ارشاد، استانداری، آموزش پرورش) و اساتید دانشگاه های استان ایلام دارای پیشینه مطالعه درزمینهی توسعه تشکیل دادهاند. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 21 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه های ایلام بودند که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. بر اساس مصاحبه های انجام شده، تعداد 49 گزاره کیو استخراج شد که در قالب یک پرسشنامه متشکل از 49 کارت و یک نمودار کیو در اختیار جامعه آماری قرار گرفت. بر اساس یافته های به دست آمده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی 6 گونه ذهنیت؛ دینی و تقدیرگرا، عامیانه، مسئولیت پذیر، علم گرا، قانون مدار و فردگرایی اخلاقی دسته بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ذهنیت مشارکت کنندگان در الگوهای ذهنی 1 و 2، بر اساس دیدگاه نظریه پردازان نوسازی، با خصوصیات و ویژگی های جوامع سنتی و ماقبل مدرن همسو است و الگوهای ذهنی مشارکت کنندگان قرارگرفته در دسته های سوم تا ششم، با ذهنیت جوامع مدرن و توسعه یافته قرابت دارد و به ارزش هایی چون: حس تعهد، مشارکت، علم گرایی و نوآوری توجه داشته اند. به طورکلی، نتایج نشان داد که الگوی ذهنی مشارکت کنندگان نسبت به توسعه فرهنگی با خصوصیات جوامع ماقبل مدرن قرابت بیشتری دارد.Discourse Analysis the Mental patterns of culture development of IlamUniversities staff
The present research was conducted with the aim of Identifying of mental patterns of culture development of IlamUniversities staff. The dominant paradigm of this study was mixed methodology.This research is applied in terms of goal, and is qualified method in terms of the method of data collection. The Concourse in this study included 14 people of (Culture and Islamic Guidance government Office, Education) and universitis professors, with backgrounds in culture development studies. The study population of this study consisted of 21 Entrepreneurs in Ilam were chosen as sample by the targeted judgment method. Fourthly nine Phrases were extracted based on the interviews. A questionnaire consisting of 49 cards and an answer sheet. Data analyzed by Q exploratory factor. Based on the findings of the exploratory factor analysis, six types of Religious and fatalistic, Folk Mentality, responsible, Scientist, Legalist, Moral individualistic were categorized. The results showed that the mentality of the participants in the mental models 1 and 2 was the same with the characteristics of the traditional and pre-modern societies. At the same time, the participants in the third and fourth categories had a very good mentality towards development because they have paid attention to values such as sense of commitment, participation, scientism and innovation. In general, the results showed that the participants' mental pattern of the cultural development of the community is at a moderate and lower level.
