چکیده
هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی رابطه توانمندسازی مدیران با کیفیت خدمات درکلانتری و پاسگاه های انتظامی پلیس است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی و از نظر داده ها کمی با استفاده از شیوه پیمایش است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمام دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد رسته انتظامی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین تشکیل می دهد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، 110 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار پژوهش برای متغیر توانمندسازی پرسشنامه 41 سؤالی محقق ساخته و برای متغیر کیفیت خدمات انتظامی، پرسشنامه 17 سؤالی پاراسورامان، زیتامل و بری [1] (1988) است. روایی ابزار با روایی صوری تأیید و پایایی نیز با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب، 79/0 و 81/0 محاسبه شده است. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های همبستگی و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه بهره گرفته شد. یافته ها نشان داد که از نظر جامعه نمونه مورد مطالعه بین توانمندسازی و کیفیت خدمات کلانتری و پاسگاه های انتظامی رابطه معناداری معادل 703/0 وجود دارد؛ بدین معنا که در کلانتری و پاسگاه های انتظامی، ارتقای توانمندسازی بر میزان کیفیت خدمات پلیس تأثیر دارد. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر این است که هرچه قدر ابعاد و شاخصهای توانمندسازی در کلانتری ها وپاسگاه های انتظامی مورد توجه قرار گیرد و بهبود یابد، به همان اندازه می توان کیفیت خدمات را بهبود بخشید.Empowering Managers, base of improving the quality of service in sheriffs & police stations
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between empowerment of managers and quality of service in sheriffs and police stations. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of descriptive-analytical nature and quantitative in terms of data using survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all undergraduate and postgraduate students of Amin University of Medical Sciences who were selected 110 people using simple random sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire for empowerment variable of 41 questions and for the variable of quality of police services was Parasuraman, Zeitamel and Barry (1988) 17-item questionnaire. Validity of the instrument was confirmed by face validity and reliability was calculated 0.79 and 0.81 respectively using Cronbach's alpha formula. Data were analyzed using correlation and multiple linear regression tests.The results showed that there is a significant relationship between empowerment and quality of sheriff services and police stations equal to 0.703, this means that the promotion of empowerment affects the quality of police services in sheriffs and police stations. The results show that the more the dimensions and indicators of empowerment are taken into account and improved in police stations and police stations, the better the quality of service.
