چکیده
این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی است که در راستای ارزیابی اقدامات صیانتی در پیشگیری از جرائم تدوین شده است، پژوهش به روش توصیفی و پیمایشی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمام کارکنان پایور ف. ا.ا. خراسان شمالی است.حجم نمونه به صورت تصادفی ساده از طریق فرمول کوکران به تعداد 315 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ با مقدار عددی 892/0 مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. متغیر های پژوهش غیر عادی است. بنابراین داده ها از طریق آزمون ناپارامتری دو جمله ای مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که برگزاری کلاس آگاه سازی در پیشگیری از جرائم کارکنان، شناسایی کارکنان در معرض خطر در پیشگیری از جرائم کارکنان، تشویق و تقدیر ازکارکنان صحیح العمل، فرستادن پیامهای صیانتی بیش از حد متوسط مؤثر است.Evaluation of crime prevention protective measures (Case study of Northern Khorasan province police headquarter)
This paper is an applied research which is developed in to assess protective measures of crime prevention. This research is descriptive and uses survey to gather the data. The population of this study included all Northern Khorasan province police headquarter staffs. 315 people were selected randomly using Cochran's formula. Data were collected through a self-made questionnaire that its reliability was confirmed by the numerical value of 0.892 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The study variables were abnormal, so the data obtained through non-parametric binomial test were analyzed. The results showed that awareness of crime prevention classes is effective in order to prevent staffs' crimes- identifying staffs at risk, in staffs' crime prevention- appreciation and encouragement of good staffs and sending protective messages.
