چکیده
در این مقاله تلاش شده است با استفاده از تجربه ارتشهای جهان، «بازرسی» در سازمانهای نظامی، مورد بررسی و جستجوی علمی و تحقیقی قرار بگیرد؛ برای این منظور با تعریف بازرسی و تبیین رویکردهای حاکم بر آن، جایگاه بازرسی در سازمانهای نظامی، چگونگی ارتباط و تعامل بازرسان با عناصر مؤثر در اجرای مأموریت از قبیل فرماندهان، کارکنان نظام بازرسی، ویژگیهای بازرسان و وظایف چهارگانه بازرسان در مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و فرایندهای اجرایی و عملیاتی آن در قالب الگویی منطقی ارائه شده است.Executive and operational processes of inspection in military organizations
Abstract
Using the experience of other militaries in the world, this article tries to, scientifically, investigate “inspection” in military organizations. For this purpose, the article starts by defining inspection and the approaches to it, and also defining its place in military organizations. It then moves on to study the relationship, and interaction, of inspectors with important figures such as commanders or the inspection personnel. The characteristics and the duties of inspectors are also studied and the executive and operational processes of it are presented as a logical model.
