چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف سنجش نگرش مردم نسبت به وضعیت سلامت اداری کلانتریهای اردبیلانجام شده که از نظر هدف، کاربردی، و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق تمام افراد بیش از 18 سال شهرستان اردبیل هستند که 400 نفر از آنان در دو گروه عموم مردم (با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند) و مراجعین به کلانتریها (با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی) انتخاب شده اند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که پس از اطمینان از اعتبار و پایایی آن در در سطح شهرستان اردبیل اجرا شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از شاخصهای مرکزی و پراکندگی، آزمونهای t مستقل و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بر اساس نگرش مردم اردبیل سلامت اداری در این شهر در وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوب قرار دارد لیکن روند سلامت اداری در حال کاهش است و برخورد جامعه وحاکمیت با مصداقهای فساد اداری در سطح شهر در سطح نامطلوب قرار دارد. همچنین از نظر مردم، بین وضعیت سلامت اداری کل ادارات و سازمانهای اردبیل با کلانتریهای این شهر هیچ تفاوتی نیست.Observing People’s Attitude Towards Organizational Health in Ardabil (with emphasis on police departments)
This research is an applied research and uses descriptive method to assess people's attitude towards organizational health in Ardabil's police departments. The study's population consists of people above 18 years old, of which 400 were chosen from average citizens (purposive sampling) and police department clients (random sampling). The research's data, were collected using questionnaires with their reliability and validity tested and analyzed. For the analysis of data normality test, one sample t test, and variance were used. The results demonstrated that in Ardabil people's view, organizational health is in a fairly satisfactory state. Nevertheless, the level of its health is decreasing. And social and governmental response to corruption is unsatisfactory. In addition people believe that there is not much difference between organizational health in police departments and other public organizations.
