چکیده
هدف این تحقیق شناخت مهمترین عوامل و زمینه های پیدایش و شکل گیری سستی و سهل انگاری به عنوان تخلف انضباطی بین کارکنان پلیس است. به منظور به دست آوردن داده های مورد نیاز، تحقیق به روش توصیفی پیمایشی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخت از تعداد 380 نفر از کارکنان پلیس در پنج استان از استانهای کشور شامل آذربایجان غربی، هرمزگان، خراسان رضوی، یزد و گیلان به عمل آمده است. که طبق روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای و بر اساس توزیع جغرافیایی انتخاب شده اند. نتایح تحقیق نشان می دهد که رابطه معناداری بین متغیرهای پایگاه اجتماعی اقتصادی، امنیت شغلی ، رضایت شغلی ، تعهد سازمانی، محرومیت نسبی، دینداری و مدیریت سازمانی با میزان تخلف سستی و سهل انگاری در اجرای وظایف از سوی کارکنان وجود دارد.Examining the Factors Leading to Sluggishness and Neglect in Fulfilling Legal Duties and Presentation of Preventive Solutions
This study aims to identify the most important factors in and conditions for emergence and formation of sluggishness and neglect as disciplinary violations among the police personnel. In order to gather the necessary data, the descriptive – survey method was adopted in the study and copies of the questionnaire developed were distributed among 380 police personnel at five provinces, namely, West Azerbaijan, Hormozgan, Khorasan Razavi, Yazd and Guilan, which were selected based on the cluster sampling method and geographical distribution. Results suggest that there is a significant relation between the variables of socioeconomic status, job security, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, relative deprivation, virtue and the amount of the staff's violation, sluggishness and neglect in performing duties.
