چکیده
فساد پلیس، نگرانی جدی و همیشگی بیشتر جوامع است. پلیس به عنوان محسوسترین و مقتدرترین نماینده دولتی با ملت توافق کرده است که آرامش، نظم و حفاظت از زندگی آنها را فراهم و عادلانه و طبق قانون عمل کند. اما با وجود این انتظارات، شیوع پدیده فساد بین کارکنان پلیس باعث پایین آمدن شأن، منزلت و جایگاه پلیس و بی اعتمادی جامعه به آن می شود. در این مقاله، ضمن تشریح فساد و انواع آن، سعی بر آن است که عوامل مؤثر بر گرایش مأموران پلیس به فساد شناسایی شود و مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. همچنین در پایان پیشنهادها و راه حلهای کاربردی به منظور ایجاد زمینه و بستر مناسب برای جلوگیری از بروز فساد در سازمان پلیس ارائه می شود.Theconsiderationofeffectivefactorsonpoliceorganization,scorruption
Police corruption is a serious and permanent concern in most communities. Police as the most sensible and to powerful state representative has agreed to provide the nation with peace, order and protection of their lives and act fairly according to law.Despite these expectations,the prevalence of this phenomenon among police personnel is led to degrade their status and public distrust to police. In this paper we have tried to recoginze affecting factors on police tendencyto corruption, as well as description of corruption and its kinds. Also at the end will it provid practical suggestions and ways to create suitable field for preventing corruption in the police organization.
