چکیده
احساس شادی و نشاط از جمله اساسی ترین نیازه ا و خواسته های انسان است و می تواند تأثیرات انکارناپذیری بر جنبه های گوناگون زندگی همه افراد از جمله معلمان داشته باشد. با توجه به نقش و جایگاه مهم معلمان در تربیت و جامعه پذیری دانش آموزان، تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر اعتماد اجتماعی خانواده بر نشاط اجتماعی معلمان متاهل دبیرستان های شهر تهران در سال 1398 انجام گرفته است. روش پژوهش حاضر پیمایش و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد. تعداد 382 نفر از جامعه مورد مطالعه بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعیین گردیده که لینک پرسشنامه در اختیار پاسخگویان قرار گرفته است. همچنین برای تعیین پایایی گویه ها از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است. از نرم افزار 22 SPSS و نرم افزار LISREL 8.5 برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که سطح اعتماد اجتماعی بین خانواده معلمین و همچنین نشاط اجتماعی معلمین مطلوب و بالاتر از میانگین معیار مورد بررسی (نمره 3 میانگین طیف لیکرت) است؛ همچنین نتایج آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد که اعتماد اجتماعی خانواده تأثیری معنادار و افزایشی بر نشاط اجتماعی معلمان دارد. به عبارت دیگر با زیادشدن میزان اعتماد اجتماعی، میزان نشاط اجتماعی معلمان افزایش پیدا می کند.The effect of family social trust on the social vitality of married high school teachers in Tehran in 1398
Feeling happy and cheerful is one of the most basic human needs and desires and can have undeniable effects on various aspects of life of all people, including teachers. Considering the important role and position of teachers in the education and socialization of students, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of family social trust on the social vitality of married high school teachers in Tehran in 1398. The research method is survey and the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. A total of 382 people from the study population were determined based on the Cochran's formula and the questionnaire link was provided to the respondents. Cronbach's alpha test was also used to determine the reliability of the items. SPSS 22 software and software LISREL 8.5 were used for data analysis. The results showed that the level of social trust among teachers' families as well as teachers' social vitality is desirable and higher than the average of the criterion (score 3 of the average Likert scale); Also, the results of regression test showed that family social trust has a significant and increasing effect on teachers' social vitality.
