چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کارکنان فرماندهی انتظامی ج.ا.ا به واسطه تنوع ماموریت ها و خدماتی که ارائه می دهند، پیوسته با خطرات و حوادث متفاوتی از جمله شهادت، مجروحیت، از کار افتادگی و مصدومیت مواجه هستند، امروزه حوادث، جزء جدایى ناپذیرکار در محیط هاى شغلی بوده و گاهى منجر به آسیب هاى جبران ناپذیر به سلامت و بهداشت کارکنان، تجهیزات، سرمایه، محیط زیست و اعتبار سازمان می شوند بررسی علل این حوادث می تواند کاهش آسیب های ناشی از ماموریت ها را به دنبال داشته باشد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی عوامل علی حوادث در عملیات های پلیس و پیامدهای آن است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف ، کاربردی و از نظر روش، پیمایشی است و از تکنیک مدل ترایپود بتا استفاده شده است، جامعه آماری پژوهش تعداد 185 نفر از خبرگان انتظامی می باشد و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 125 نفر تعیین شده است. در پردازش و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تی تک نمونه ای و برای تعیین اولویت مولفه ها، از آزمون فریدمن استفاده شد، ابزار جمع آوری تحقیق، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته می باشد، روایی پرسش نامه از نسبت لاوشه با کمک ده نفر از خبرگان 0.71 محاسبه شد و پایایی کل پرسش نامه نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 0.76 به دست آمده است. یافته ها: در بررسی های انجام شده 3 عامل شامل عوامل انسانی، سازمانی و محیطی بر بروز حوادث پلیسی در عملیات های ف.ا.ج.ا.ا تاثیرگذار می باشد که هر یک پیامدهایی را برای سازمان به دنبال دارد و توجه به نکات ایمنی و کنترل این عوامل سبب پیشگیری از وقوع حوادث می گردد. نتایج: عوامل مدیریتی، تجهیزات و عوامل مبتنی بر وظیفه کارکنان، دارای تاثیر معنی داری بر پیامدهای حوادث می باشند و با کنترل آن ها می توان آمار حوادث را کاهش داد، لیکن علل شخصی و محیطی تاثیر معنی داری چندانی بر پیامدهای حوادث ندارند ولی لازم است مورد توجه قرار گیرند.Investigating the causal factors of accidents in police operations and their consequences
Background and purpose: because of the variety of missions and services they provide, the employees of the police command of J.A. are constantly facing different risks and incidents such as martyrdom, injury, disability and injury. Today, accidents are an inseparable part of work in professional environments and sometimes to injuries Irreparable to the health and safety of employees, equipment, capital, environment and credit of the leading organization it is possible. Investigating the causes of these accidents can reduce the damage caused by the missions. The purpose of this research is to investigate the causes of accidents in police operations and their consequences. Method: In terms of purpose, this research is applied, and in terms of method, it is a survey that uses the beta tripod model method. The statistical population of the research is 185 police experts. The sample size is 125 people using Cochran's formula. In processing and analyzing the data, one-sample t-test was used, and Friedman's test was used to determine the priority of the component. The research collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated using the Lavshe ratio as 0.71 with the help of ten experts, and the reliability of the entire questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha as 0.76. Findings: In the research, it was found that three factors, including human, organizational and environmental factors, influence the occurrence of police incidents in F.A.J.A. Factors that prevent the occurrence of accidents. Conclusion: management factors, equipment and factors based on the duties of employees have a significant effect on the consequences of accidents, which can reduce the number of accidents by controlling them; However, personal and environmental causes do not have a significant effect on the consequences of accidents, but it is necessary to be taken into consideration.
