چکیده
این تحقیق در راستای بررسی رابطه سرمایههای روانشناختی بر بهرهوری مدیران مرزبانی ناجا با استفاده از روش همبستگی با جامعه آماری تمام مدیران مرزبانی ستاد ناجا انجام شد که حدوداً 131 نفر هستند. با توجه به اینکه تعداد جامعه این پژوهش محدود است، روش نمونهگیری تمام شمار استفاده گردید و نمونه برابر جامعه میباشد. ابزار مورد استفاده پژوهش پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی با دو بخش بود که بخش اول شامل مشخصات فردی و 22 سؤال شامل خرده مقیاسهای سرمایه روانشناختی و پرسشنامه بهرهوری در هفت بخش و با 22 سؤال که هر کدام از پرسشنامهها دارای روایی و پایایی قابل قبولی دارد. پس از جمعآوری دادهها به تحلیل آنها به وسیله نرمافزار SPPS پرداخته شد. به منظور بررسی فرضیهها از روش آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد که در نهایت نتیجه گرفته شد که میان تمامی خرده مقیاسهای سرمایه روانشناختی )خودکارآمدی، سازشکاری، امیدواری، خوشبینی( و بهروهوری ارتباط مستقیمی وجود دارد یعنی تقویت سرمایه روانشناختی باعث بهرهوری در میان مدیران مرزبانی ناجا، و همچنین باعث افزایش عملکرد آنان میشود.The Relation of Psychological Resources and the Efficiency of NAJA’s Border Administrators
Thid research has been done in order to investigate the relation of psychological resources and the efficiency of NAJA’s border administrators, with the use of correlation research method, with the statistical population of all of the border administrators which are 130 people. Sinc ethe population is limited, total sampling method was used and the sample number was that of the population. This research used questuionnaires of psychological resources with two parts, which the first part related to personal information and 24 questions including subscales of psychological resources, and the questionnaire of efficiency is in seven parts with 52 questions, and each questionnaire has credible reliability and validity. After data collection, their analysis was done through SPSS application. In order to study the hypotheses Pearson correlation factor was used which in the end concluded that among the subscales of psychological resources (self-efficacy, compromise, hopefuness, optimism) and efficiency, there is a direct relation. In othe rwords, promoting psychological resources causes efficiency to increase.
