چکیده
توجه به رفتار مباشرتی رویکرد جدیدی در تئوری های مربوط به بررسی رفتار سازمانی است. این پژوهش در نظر دارد تا به ارائه ی مدلی در این زمینه در بازرسی فرماندهی انتظامی استانها دست یابد. نوع مطالعه پیمایشی بوده و جمع آوری داده های تحقیق از طریق کتابخانه ای و اسنادی و تکنیک پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه ی آماری تحقیق تمامی مدیران و فرماندهان بازرسی فرماندهی انتظامی استان ها می باشد. جامعه ی نمونه از استانهای شش گانه از هر کدام با توجه به فراوانی آنها به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و تعداد 14 فرماندهی انتظامی انتخاب شدند؛ در مجموع 422 پرسشنامه در جامعه اماری توزیع شد. نتایج تحلیهای اماری مختلف نشان داد که تئوری مورد استفاده در این تحقیق با داده های جمع اوری شده در بازرسی فرماندهی انتظامی استانها مطابقت دارد.The presentation and analysis of the theoretical model for stewardship behaviors in the inspection office: the case study of the Police Headquarters of Provinces
Paying attention to the stewardship behaviors is a new method in theories of organizational behavior. The present study aims to present a model for it in the context of the inspection office of the police headquarters of the provinces. This study is a survey and the data collection has been carried out through library research, document analysis and the distribution of questionnaires. The sample consists of all the managers and commanders in the police headquarters of the provinces. The sample community has been randomly chosen from six provinces according to their frequency, and 14 police headquarters were selected. 422 questionnaires were distributed in general. The findings of statistical analysis showed that the theory examined in this research is in accordance with the data collected from the inspection offices of the police headquarters of provinces.
