بررسی نقش عوامل مدیریتی بر کاهش تلفات نیروی انسانی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
این پژوهش در راستای شناخت تأثیر سبک رهبری و ویژگیها و وظایف مدیریتی فرماندهان بر کاهش تلفات انسانی در ناجا انجام شده که از نظر هدف کاربردی، و به روش توصیفی- پیمایشی و با استفاده از شیوه مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته صورت پذیرفته است. در این تحقیق ضمن بررسی پرونده های پنج سال گذشته که در کمیسیونهای قانون استخدام ناجا مطرح شده جهت انجام مصاحبه تا زمان اشباع نظری محقق با 31 نفر از کارشناسان و خبرگان مرتبط با موضوع مصاحبه شده است. در ادامه با بهره گیری از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 43 سؤال و توزیع بین خبرگان نسبت به میزان اهمیت و اولویت بندی شاخصها اقدام شد. نتایج نشان داد عوامل مدیریتی سبک رهبری با میانگین رتبه ای 1.93 در اولویت اول، ویژگیهای فرماندهان و مدیران؛ میانگین رتبه ای 1.64 در اولویت دوم و وظایف مدیریتی فرماندهان و مدیران ناجا؛ میانگین رتبه ای 1.33 در اولویت سوم برکاهش تلفات نیروی انسانی تأثیرگذار بوده است. از شاخصهای سبک رهبری؛ مدیریت پدرانه و حمایتی و از ویژگیهای فرماندهان و مدیران؛ ویژگیهای مدیریتی و از وظایف مدیریتی فرماندهان و مدیران؛ هدایت و رهبری بیشترین تأثیر را بر کاهش تلفات نیروی انسانی داشت.A Study of the Role of Managerial Factors on Reducing Human Resources Casualties
the research has been carried out in order to identify the effect of the leadership style and managerial tasks of the commanders on the reduction of human casualties in NAJA.
This study is an applied research and uses descriptive methods to collect data. In this study, sampling was purposive, and the cases
in the past five years of 140 and 141 commissions of employment law have been proposed. The researcher has interviewed 31 experts. The researcher made questionnaire which includes 43 items was administered among experts, and the importance and priority of the indicators were
measured. According to the results, the management elements of Leadership
style with average rating of 1.93 as the first priority, the characteristics of commanders and managers with average rating of 1.64 as
the second priority, and the management tasks of police commanders and managers with average rating of 1.33 in the third priority have been
effective in reducing human resources casualties. Among management style indicators, the supportive and paternal management, among the
characteristics of managers and commanders, the management features,
and among the management tasks of managers and commanders, the leadership and guidance had the greatest impact on reducing human
casualties.
