چکیده
ارتباطات یک مهارت بسیار مهم مدیریت و مبنای لازم برای مدیریت کارآمد است. از طریق ارتباطات است که مدیران روابط بین اشخاص را که برای انجام وظایف روزانه شان به نحو مطلوب ضرورت دارد برقرار می سازند و حفظ می کنند. از آن جا که کارآمدی مدیر به داشتن مهارت های ارتباطی مناسب با کارکنان بستگی دارد، لذا تحقیق حاضر به بررسی نقش مهارت های ارتباطی فرماندهان و مدیران در ارتقای سلامت اداری کارکنان می پردازد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران و کارکنان پلیس های تخصصی فرماندهی انتظامی استان مازندران می باشند که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 164 نفر بصورت نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مهارت های ارتباطی مدیران با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد بارتون(1990) و اطلاعات سلامت اداری با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری شد، هر دو پرسشنامه با مقیاس 5 گزینه ای لیکرت درجه بندی شده بودند. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه مهارت های ارتباطی مدیران 949%. و برای پرسشنامه سلامت اداری729% بدست آمده است. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و ضریب رگرسیون نشان داد بین مهارت ارتباطی مدیران و سلامت اداری رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.Commanders and communication skills managers and its role in promoting the administrative health workers

Since the efficiency of the director of communications skills are appropriate depends on the staff , the present study examines the role of communication skills commanders and leaders in upgrading administrative health workers . Research methodology in this research, a description of the kind of solidarity . including all statistical community managers and employees of specialized police command of law enforcement agencies are mazandaran province , according to Table kerjesi and Morgan, 164 people are simple random sampling , for example, were selected. information communication skills managers using standard questionnaires Barton ( 1990 )and administrative health information using MFQ) were collected , both the questionnaire 5 rating scale - point Likert scale . Cronbach's coefficient for the questionnaire communication skills managers 949 %. and health for the questionnaire administrative 729 % is obtained. The results of the research and analysis using Pearson and tests showed regression coefficient between communication skills managers and administrative health significance of the relationship .
